Mr Bean accidentally causes an accident, preventing Irma from taking the scouts to the Big Bear Scout Camp. With the scout master and minibus in action, Mr Bean steps in to save the day. As interim scouting director, Mr Bean enjoys his new role, but his obsessive badge collecting leaves him with no friends on the team.
