3/4 cup (150g) caster sugar
1/3 cup (30g) sliced almonds
Powdered sugar for dusting

White Chocolate Filling
5.5 oz (150g) white chocolate
3 tbsp (45g) whipping cream
3/4 cup (180g) whipping cream, chilled

For decoration
