First you draw a circle like a grapefruit

draw two small circles, each small circle we draw another small circle to form eyes close to the upper circle.

Draw 2 lines above the eyes to form the eyebrows.

draw 2 opposite curves passing through the large circle to form the mouth, then draw short lines connecting the 2 curves to form teeth

Color as you like to complete the picture.
