1/4 cup (25g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin puree
1 medium apple
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon (20g) honey
3/4 cup (175g) yogurt
1/2 cup (120g) milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Dash of earth cloves
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
6 stones

1. Place the oats in the blender jar and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.

3. Pour into each glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. use immediately.
