STEP 1
Mark the width and height of the image. Determine, with light lines, the main scale of the helicopter. Draw an oval for the tail rotor.
STEP 2
Outline the shape of the body. Draw an oval to define the main rotor’s shield. Draw two short lines up from its edges.
STEP 3
Draw additional lines to show the body in more detail. Add rudder and tail stem.
STEP 4
Sketch the helicopter windows and wheels. In the center of the tail rotor, outline a circle.
STEP 5
Keep adding new details. Determine the cockpit window and the length of the propeller. Add horizontal stabilizer and front wheel.
STEP 6
Draw the propeller and determine the wheel width. Make the window corners smoother. Add some details.
STEP 7
Work on the helicopter, make it more realistic.

Make a border for the helicopter, try to change the thickness and blackness of the line. Draw trees. Delete all instructions. The helicopter is done.
