Step 1
As you can see, the first step is very basic, all you have to do is create a circle with a face guide inside.
Step 2
Use the circle you drew in step one to draw the actual head shape of chibi Celebi. As you can see, the whole shape looks like a teardrop. Because of this, the simplest way to do this step is to draw a tear, then draw it in half.tenna.
Step 3
In this step you will only draw the eyes. As I mentioned in the description, the big eyes are one of my favorite parts about drawing Celebi in chibi form. All you have to do is make a small-sized acorn, then draw a two-line outline around the eye. Next, add a simple smile to the mouth and move on to step four.
Step 4
The only thing you need to do here will take about ten seconds. Just draw some simple lines to create brush strokes for the hair.
Step 5
Draw the body and small wings as well as the feet. Note there is a defining dash at the top of the foot.
Step 6
As a final step, just draw little arms and little hands. Erase the guides and shapes you drew in step one.
Step 7
When you’re finished, the drawing will look very nice like the one you see here. Color in Celebi’s chibi shape and move on to something else. Well done everyone, keep it up!
