Step 1
This first step will appear like a naked balloon animal to me. Start by creating four guides, one for the head, one for the torso, and two for the legs. Attach them together with a neckline.
Step 2
Outline the shape of Braixen’s face like this, then add two lines for the original ear shape. If I didn’t tell you, Brixen is based on the fennec fox.
Step 3
Finish drawing the shapes of each ear, then fill the inside of the ear with this fiery looking fur or hair. Hair will grow in thick patches, so make sure you give this step your time.
Step 4
Next, draw the shape of one eye in an angry expression. Once that’s done, draw the small mouth, tongue, and a tooth.
Step 5
Next let’s start drawing the body. Start with the neck, then draw the shoulders and torso. When you complete that simple task, you can draw three-fingered arms and hands.
Step 6
You are almost done with this lesson. All you have to do next is outline Braixen’s body shape spread out like a dress. The body must also be very smooth because, after all, foxes have long fur. Add some detail along the edges, then move on to step seven.
Step 7
After this step, there’s only one more step before you’re done. Here all you have to do is draw the legs and feet. Make sure to draw the thick thighs as you see here and also make sure to add the toes.
Step 8
Finally, outline the thick, soft fox tail and mark the tail with a marker line. Add details as needed, then start erasing errors, guides, and shapes.
Your Braixen drawing will eventually look like the one you see here. Put down your pencils and grab crayons, markers, crayons or whatever you have to color in the drawing.
