Step 1
Start by drawing a circle for the head. Don’t worry about a perfect bust. Basic shapes like circles, squares, and triangles just make it easy to draw your character’s appearance.
Step 2
Now draw a vertical line and a horizontal line through the center of the head. The line will act as a guide when placing the eyes and nose on the head.
Draw a long oval on each side of the head. Start on the inside of your head so the dog’s shoulders overlap slightly.
Use as directed, placing eyes, nose and mouth on head. Draw details like eyebrows, nose and mouth to complete the head. You may also want to draw some lines just above the nose to indicate the muzzle.
Step 3
Your dog’s body will have a slightly different shape than the head. Instead of a circle, draw a shape similar to a pea or potato. Can make it smaller than the first picture, it will be cuter
Step 4
For the hind legs, draw a large oval in the bottom corner of the body. Less than an inch from the hind legs, draw long thin ovals for the front legs.
Step 5
Draw small ovals that slightly overlap the bottom of the legs. They will form the feet.
Step 6
Draw two long, winding lines starting from the lowest point on the hindquarters. Join the two lines together at one point to complete the tail.
Step 7
Attach the body to the head using two winding lines. This is your dog’s neck.
Step 8
Next is to complete the model of the dog

Finally complete the work by coloring the cartoon dog.
