Step 1
First we draw the tip of the Penny with short hair and big eyes and a cute little mouth.
Step 2
Next, draw the body part with small hands spread out on both sides, The legs are spread out on both sides with big shoes. ( Notice the body part is smaller than the head ). Please draw very detailed parts like fingers and details on clothes.
Step 3
You color Penny as in cartoon. Note that the hair is yellow.
