Step 1
Start by drawing a circle. This will form both the head and body of the Jigglypuff.
Step 2
Close two triangles at the top of the circle, forming the ears.
Step 3
Place an irregular spiral between the ears, using curved lines. This forms a curl.
Step 4
Erase the guide lines from the hair and ears.
Step 5
Extend a “V” shaped line from each side of Jigglypuff’s body, forming the arms.
Step 6
Draw a “U” shaped line extending from each side of the body, enclosing the shape of the foot.
Step 7
Draw two large circles in the center of the face to outline Jigglypuff’s expressive eyes.
Step 8
Draw a triangle in each ear, adding detail and depth.
Step 9
Draw a large circle inside each eye and a smaller circle inside, forming the pupil. Draw a curved line below the eyes to form the smiling mouth.
Step 10
Color your Jigglypuff. She is usually pink.
