You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    STEP 1.

First things first. Draw such a head, body and end shape and connect the head and body with a neck line.

    STEP 2.

Using the shapes you created in step one for Mufasa’s head, start outlining the structure of his face. The face is shaped like a heart at the top, and then it spreads out to the sides to form his mane in the following steps. Draw the line of the mouth as well as the lower jaw or chin.

    STEP 3.

Using the face guides you drew in step one, draw Mufasa’s face starting with the eyes. Draw the eyebrows, color in the pupils and then draw the muzzle as well as the nose. Make marking lines around the muzzle and then add its whiskers. Mufasa should have a serious and bold expression on his face.

    STEP 4.

This is where you will start outlining the large, bulging, well-groomed mane. Start at the top and outline on his detached mane. Draw the rest of the hair and notice if it has a nice, wavy look and shape that fits. Combine shoulders for his front leg before leaving this step.

    STEP 5.

You are almost done drawing Mufasa. You will continue to draw your forelegs as well as your massive feet. Mufasa is a big lion and he is very majestic. Make sure you take your time when doing this step.

    STEP 6.

Continue sketching Mufasa’s body by sketching the rear end. This includes the back, hind legs and hind legs. Be sure to outline in the back foot. The next thing you need to do is draw the belly and mark the two colors of your ton-sur-ton shirt.

    STEP 7.

Finish Mufasa by giving him his tail, and then draw a bun at the end of his long lion story. Finally, draw the back leg and the other foot as well as the toes and mark the inside of the thigh. Tidy up the drawing until you have a neat picture to color. STEP 8. Here he is, the king of Pride Rock. You can color him and stay on your merry way. You guys did a great job and I hope you have a great time.

    How To Draw a Lion

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Simple sketch of a lion’s body
It is tempting to start drawing a lion by sketching the lion’s mane and head but the exact position of the body is more important at this stage. Make sure the body doesn’t go too far to the left of vertical line 2.

    Step 2

    Draw a lion’s mane
Well, this simple sketch of a lion’s mane looks like a leaf that almost anyone can draw. Don’t worry – soon this leaf will turn into a lion’s head with a pretty mane all around!
    * Make sure that the horizontal line is slightly higher than the torso and check the overall proportions of the head and body.

    Draw a lion’s mane

    Step 3

Sketch the main parts of the lion’s face
Placing the main three main sections correctly is very important! Start from the large oval around the intersection of the 2 axes and add two smaller shapes below for the upper and lower jaws. Also, add placeholders for eyes, nose, and ears. Done!

Sketch the main parts of the lion’s face

    Step 4

Sketch of a lion’s paws and tail
Don’t make the lion’s legs too long – the feet should be on the ground on the horizontal line between 6 and 7.

    Step 5

View details of the lion’s face
Now it’s time to bring more detail to the upper jaw and nose.

    Step 6

    Ears and eyes
From the wings of the nose, we continue to draw 2 vertical lines that gently bend around the eyes. The ears are not smooth – use light serrations to add texture to your drawing.

    Step 7

    Lion’s mane
Now it’s time to turn our ‘leaves’ into real lion’s mane! Make it a bad day – your lion doesn’t have to look like he just went to a hair salon.

    Draw a lion’s mane

    Step 8

    Fluffing of the lion
Add some hair for the shoulders and belly area.

    Step 9

Add the hair for the tail and detail the paws
Make sure you don’t put too much hair on the front of the lion’s paws.

    Step 10

    Time to color our lion
You can use any earth color you like.

    Step 11

    End touch
Now it’s time to work on the lion’s mane and its face. The mane may be slightly darker than the body. Add some shadows and our lion is done!
