Step 1
Drawing Pikachu involves a lot of circles. Starting with the ear, draw a half circle and also an inverted circle connecting from one end. The other end must be open. Make a copy of this shape on the other side. Draw two curved lines inside the ear. Connect both ears with the same curvature as completing Pikachu’s forehead. Draw one side of the face as if you were writing half a three “3”. Just expand it a bit. Make a copy of it on the other side to complete the face structure.
Step 2
Hands: Draw small curved lines on the sides extending away from the face. From the corner of the lines, draw a zig-zag vertically downwards for the finger. Finish drawing the arms by extending the curved lines that end at Pikachu’s body.
Body: Just extend the ends of the arms downward with curved lines. Draw it on both sides to outline the body
Feet: Again, use zig-zag lines to draw both Pikachu’s feet. Connect both pins using a curved line.
Tail: Just above the left foot. Use a combination of lines to draw the tail. Finish it next to Pikachu’s left arm.
Step 3
Eyes: Draw two small circles equally spaced in the center. Make a filled circle in both circles to finish drawing Pikachu’s eyes.
Nose: Draw a small inverted triangle for the nose.
Mouth: Draw two curved lines upwards, towards the nose. Extend the inverse half circle from the ends of the two curves. Create a curved shape in the mouth.
Step 4
So some basic shadows for all body parts with different colors. Make sure light yellow predominates.
Step 5
Finally, in step 5, color the whole body of Pikachu yellow.
