Orangutans are not harmful to humans. I wish all these beautiful creatures were at least in a sanctuary and not behind glass. An orangutan in a human home playing with laundry like a house pet is a tragedy, no must be comedy. This animal belongs to the orangutan sanctuary along with other orangutans and has as little human contact as possible. Oranges will soon become extinct in the wild due to the illegal pet trade and date planting replacing tropical rainforests. What goes around, comes around. As we dig graves for other great apes we’ve killed, we’ll one day be digging our own graves, sooner than we realize.
