1. PitBull Terrier
Originating in England, the PitBull Terrier weighs about 20 to 30 kg and is of medium height. This dog has a beast-like appearance, with a muscular body and sharp teeth. The Pitbull Terrier is used in fire sports such as baiting for bulls and bears, where packs of dogs are set up with larger animals in a pit. Many of these sports were made illegal in 1835. In 1991, the British government banned both keeping and owning the breed. This is due to the fact that between 1981 and 1991, there were reports of many, often unprovoked, attacks on people by the Pitbull Terrier.
