Step 1.
Start by drawing a long, thin rectangle that stands straight. This will be the main body of the pen.
Step 2.
On top of the rectangle, draw a smaller rectangle that overlaps the main shape slightly. This will represent the pen cap.
Step 3.
Create pen tip:
Extend a diagonal line from the bottom of the main rectangle. At the end of this line, draw a small oval or circle. This forms the tip or nib of the pen.
Step 4.
Create cartridge:
Below the main rectangle, draw a smaller, narrower, slightly tilted rectangle. This will represent the pen’s cartridge or ink reservoir.
Step 5.
Refine and sketch:
Erase any unnecessary lines and refine the shape of the pen. Then, redraw your final sketch with a pen or marker to define the outline. You can also add some details like a clip on the hat or any other design element.
Step 6.
Add details and grooves or lines along the body of the pen to show grip or texture. You can also draw the pen brand logo or any other decorative details you want.
Step 7.
The last step is to color it. You can choose the color and pattern as you like.
