You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

Start by drawing two circles, one hovering overhead. The upper circle will form the giraffe’s head, while the lower circle will form the lower body.

Step 2

Draw a pair of curves connecting the two circles. This forms the giraffe’s long neck.

Step 3

Using a curved line, attach an oval section on the front of the giraffe. This forms the giraffe’s face and mouth.

Step 4

Draw an oval next to the shoulder, a circle below the neck. This oval will form the hip part of the back leg.

Step 5

meet in one place. Draw a teardrop shape below this point. This forms the tail of a giraffe with a hairy tail at the end. Giraffes have two hard horns, with bones on their heads. Draw this by extending two sets of curves, parallel from the top. At the top of each set, surround a circle. Then, use two curved lines to draw the ears, allowing the lines to meet at one point.

Step 6

Draw the legs of a giraffe. For each leg, stretch a set of curved lines, parallel to the body. Accompany each foot using a short, curved line. Notice the dividing lines on the hind legs, outlining the curves of the hips and thighs.

Step 7

Add details to your giraffe. Draw two large circles to form the eyes, then draw a smaller circle inside it. The inner circle is polished, creating cute eyes. Draw another small circle on the snout to form the nostrils. Add dimension to the ears by drawing a curved line. Pull the nails by drawing a horizontal, curved line around the bottom of each leg. Draw irregular shapes with different sizes on the giraffe’s body to create points.

Finally, color to complete the drawing
