Step 1
Draw a circle:
Start by drawing a perfect circle. You can use a compass or draw it by hand. This circle represents the basic shape of Dragon Ball.
Step 2
Divide the circle:
Draw two perpendicular lines on the circle, dividing it into four equal parts. Then add a horizontal and vertical line through the center, creating an ‘X’ shape. These instructions will help you place features correctly.
Step 3
More stars:
Inside the circle, draw stars. Each Dragon Ball has a different number of stars, but for simplicity, let’s draw five-pointed stars by sketching triangles with a point at the top and two sides meeting at a point at the bottom.
Step 4
Sketch of stars:
Once you’re happy with the position and shape of the stars, use a pen or marker to go over your lines to make them bold and clear. Delete any remaining instructions inside Dragon Ball.
Step 5
Add shadow (Optional):
To give your Dragon Ball a more three-dimensional look, add some shadows. Shade the edges of the stars to add depth and make them look more rounded.
