You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

Start outlining the mosque by sketching the front of the building. First, draw a large rectangle with a narrow rectangle at the top. Attach two more sets of rectangles on each side. A narrow rectangle will appear to overlap the others.

Step 2

Draw the next level of the cartoon mosque, placing a large rectangle in the center and two smaller rectangles next to it. Draw a narrow horizontal rectangle over the large shape. On it, draw a large and small half circle. This forms the iconic dome of the mosque.

Step 3

Close the semicircles of the two smaller domes next to the large one. On top of the dome, draw a narrow triangle with a crescent moon on top of it. On the front of the building, draw a rectangular door. Place a teardrop shaped section around it using two curved lines.

Step 4

Draw arched doorways on the front of the mosque and arched windows on the second floor. On the first floor, use curved and straight lines to enclose teardrop-shaped windows with flat bottoms.

Step 5

Draw domed holes in the middle of the second level. Then sketch out narrow towers or towers. For each tower, draw a vertical rectangle with an inverted trapezoid above it. Then draw a horizontal rectangle on top of the trapezoid. Repeat this pattern to form the second layer of the tower.

Step 6

Continue building towers. On each one, draw a rectangle, a triangle, and a small circle. Extend a vertical line from the circle and place the crescent on top.

Step 7

Draw another spire in the background using a series of shapes. From the bottom up, draw rectangles, trapezoids, horizontal rectangles, vertical rectangles, triangles, circles, vertical lines and crescent moons.
