Step 1
Draw the back of the peacock
To draw the back of the peacock, you will first need to draw the top of the head. First, draw a half circle on top of the paper. This will mark the head of your peacock. Continue the end of the semicircle with a curved line. This makes the back of the peacock.
Step 2
Draw the body
Now we will outline the head and body. For the head, complete the semicircle you made earlier. To give enough space for the neck area, draw a curved line downwards. Make sure that the curve is wide to make the body of the peacock.
Step 3
Draw a pair of wings
At the end of the back you drew, you need to draw the wings. First, draw a large, comma-like curve. Now to connect this, draw steep curves. This makes the peacock’s wings ready.
Step 4
More details of the head
We’ll start by drawing the crown of the peacock’s head. We’ll start by drawing five roughly drawn curves. At the end of each curve, draw a circle. This makes the crown ready and elevated. Now, we will proceed to draw the eyes. Draw an oval first. Make sure the outline is thick. Inside the contour of the eye, draw a half circle for the pupil. Color the pupils with a dark black pencil. Draw an eyebrow above the eye. Now we will also have to draw the beak. For the beak, draw a triangle. Refer to the image below to understand how the details must be drawn.
Step 5
Draw legs
To draw the legs, you will have to draw two lines close to each other. The legs of the peacock should be thin. Now draw the feet. Do the same thing for the return leg.
Step 6
Draw feathers
First we will draw the outline of the feathers. For this we will draw a large teardrop shape that starts and ends on the drawn wing. On the lower end of the feather, draw zig-zag lines.
Step 7
Adding details to the feathers
You must know peacock feathers are very beautiful. They have intricate designs and patterns. For starters, we will start with a very simple beautiful design. We will draw different teardrop shapes in the feathers.
Step 8
Feather decoration
Now that your feathers are beautiful, we will add more complexity now. Inside each teardrop shape in the feather, we will draw two more teardrop shapes inside the other. The lower end of the tear shapes can have the same base. This will make the feathers look very nice.
Step 9
Add details to the wings
Now that your peacock is ready, you can add more details to it. We will draw different semicircles that are connected together. We will draw two sets of these shapes in the wings.
Step 10
Complete your peacock
Your peacock is ready. Using a light blunt pencil we will shade the entire peacock. Otherwise, you can also get creative and color the peacock using crayons, crayons or paints.
