How to make Peach Galette- easy

Not only it looks good and tastes heavenly it is also very easy to make, you don’t need any tart pan, just roll the dough and add the fresh fruits tossed with butter,sugar and corn starch.

Makes about 4 servings

Earth’s crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 stick (110g) chilled unsalted butter, cut into small cubes (1/2 inch), chilled for up to one hour in refrigerator
1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 to 6 tablespoons of ice

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch

1. Prepare the crust. Sift the flour and mix the flour well with salt and sugar. Mix the butter into the dough, using a cake blender, fork or pastry processor, until crumbs form. Add the water slowly and stir well until the water coalesce. Cover with plastic, knead slowly to form a plate and leave in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).

3. Cut the peaches into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Mix sugar with cornstarch and add on top of peach slices. Add butter and shake gently to coat.

4. Use plastic wrap to roll the dough about 13 inches in diameter. Pick up the rolled dough and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment. ]

5. Arrange the slices into overlapping circles, starting at the edge of an inch and a half. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and sprinkle with sugar on top.
