You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

To start this dove drawing tutorial, we’ll start with the bird’s head and neck. First, let’s start with the head.

We will draw it with some curves and circles to contour it. You can then use some more straight lines for the pigeon’s beak.

The beak will also have a small round shape at the tip.

Once you’ve drawn the head, you can lengthen some more downward curves for the shape of the neck and back, then add a stripe to the neck.

Once you’ve copied the lines in this step, you’re ready to move on to step 2!

    Step 2

Next, draw the eyes and legs
We will add some more parts to your pigeon drawing in this second step. First, you can start by drawing a small circle for the pigeon’s eyes. You can then add a small dot to that circle for the pupil of the eye.

With the eye taken care of, we’ll then draw the pigeon’s legs, and they’ll have some feathers on top. This step will then be finished with some more curves for the rear leading to the tail.

    Step 3

Now draw the wings of the pigeon
Pigeons won’t get far without wings, so draw one in this step of our pigeon drawing tutorial.

The wings will be drawn with a long and slightly curved line inside the body contour.

Once you have the outline of the wing you can then make it look more realistic by adding some smaller curves over it for the feather details.

Now that’s all there is to do, so let’s continue adding some details and elements in the next few steps.

    Step 4

Next, draw some more feather details for the wings
In this dove drawing you will see you add some feather detail to the pigeon’s wings.

To do this, we’ll add more smaller curves that you added in the previous step, but they’ll have a slightly different shape than those.

That will complete the details for the wings and in the upcoming step we will add some final details and additional elements to finish off before you color your pigeon!

    Step 5

    Now, complete your pigeon drawing
It’s time to color your picture, but first, we have some final details to add to this step of our how to draw a pigeon tutorial.

First, start by perfecting the contour of the pigeon’s body by finishing the line at the bottom of the pigeon.

You can then draw another piece of tail feathers extending from the end of the tail. Once you’ve added that, you can finalize some final details before continuing.

The final details we have in this tutorial are some lines on the pigeon’s legs and feet for some texture details. That should wrap up the details in this tutorial, but you don’t have to stop there!

You can finish this step by adding some details and elements of your own, and there are tons of ideas you can work on.

Some ideas might be to draw some more pigeons or even draw yourself feeding the pigeons with breadcrumbs. These are just a few ideas you can implement, but what else can you think of to complete the drawing?

    Step 6

Complete your pigeon drawing with some colors
Pigeons are known to have easier color schemes, and that’s what we did in our example image.

Even if you choose these darker shades of gray and blue, there are ways you can incorporate lighter colors into your pigeon painting!

If you’ve painted any more details or elements, that can be a great way to bring in more color. Coloring in any background details you may have drawn will also work very well.

Alternatively, you can also create a more stylish look and use your favorite bright color for the dove! Then you can also have fun trying out different art mediums to bring color to life.

You can use vibrant colors like acrylic and crayons or keep it lighter with things like watercolors and crayons. What color and art medium do you think would work best with this dove drawing?

How To Draw a Pig Cute

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Start by drawing an oval. This will form the pig's head.

    Step 2

Overlapping the oval, draw an irregular enclosing shape, like a heart with a rounded bottom. This will form the pig’s nose.

    Step 3

Draw a curved line from the top of the nose and a longer curved line below it. Draw two “U” shaped lines below the longer line to form the open mouth.

    Step 4

Draw a short curved line from the top of the nose to the top of the oval, and a long curved line from the bottom of the mouth to the top of the oval.

    Step: 5

Erase the remaining guides from the oval.

    Step: 6

Draw the ears using a series of connected “U” shaped lines.

    Step: 7

Draw the other ear, using the same curved lines.

    Step: 8

To form the body, draw a large oval overlapping the back of the head.

    Step: 9

Draw a long, curved line from the top end to the bottom of the oval.

    Step: 10

Remove the remaining guides from the large oval.

    Step: 11

Sketch the leg by drawing two sets of curves. In each set of lines, the lines should be further apart at the top than at the bottom.

    Step: 12

To form the distal leg, draw two more sets of curves extending from the abdomen.

    Step: 13

Remove the guide lines from the pins.

    Step: 14

Connect each set of leg cords using a curved line, then use two “U” shaped lines to form the hoof.

    Step: 15

Draw a curly spiral, which overlaps to form the tail.

    Step: 16

Draw another curly line parallel to the first, erasing overlapping lines if necessary.

    Step: 17

Draw an oval section above the nose and a short curved line next to it. Draw a second oval section on top of the curve. These ovals will form the eyes. Then draw a curved shape over each eye using two short curved lines.

    Step: 18

Draw two ovals on the nose to form the nostrils. Draw a curved line through the mouth and shade above it.

    Step: 19

Draw two parallel curved lines through each eye and two small ovals below them. Shade the area around the oval to form the pupil.

    Step: 20

Color your pig. Many cartoon pigs are pink, but they can also be black, brown, white, or spotted.
