How to draw a bush step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

In this how to draw a bush tutorial, we will draw a bush with lots of different leaves on it.
This will help give the bush more volume and will make the image more interesting to look at.

Looking at the final image we’re aiming for, it looks like it’s going to be complicated to draw all these leaves, but that’s why we’ve broken it down into smaller steps.

To draw these leaves, we will use some curved lines for their outline. In these curved leaves there will be obvious indentations to give each leaf a rough look.

The leaves that we are drawing in this step are quite large and they will also have some ridge detail on them, as shown in the reference image.

    Step 2

Next, draw some more leaves for the bush
We drew the first leaf for this bush drawing in the previous step, and in the next step we will draw some more leaves for the center area.
We’ll use a similar method you used for the previous leaves you drew to create these new ones, except they’ll be a bit thinner.

The former ones bow down a bit, but these will stick straight up into the air.

Otherwise they will have the same type of outline with the same details as the final ones. Once these leaves are drawn, you’re ready for the next step!

    Step 3

Draw some smaller leaves for the bush
So far in this how to draw a bush tutorial, we have mainly drawn some rather large leaves for it. In this step, we’ll draw some smaller shapes instead.

These leaves will form the base of the bush, and they will be drawn with a number of circles culminating in spikes at the top.

The borders of these smaller leaves will be a lot smoother than the larger leaves and we won’t put obvious dents in them.

There will still be a gap on the right side of the base, but we’ll be filling that gap soon!

    Step 4

    Now draw some more leaves
Now we are starting to finish the final steps of your bush drawing! In this fourth part of the tutorial, we will be adding leaves to both the larger top as well as the smaller ones at the base.

In doing this, we’ll add a full leaf to the top with the start of some more outlines which we’ll finish in the next step.

Then we’ll finish off the base of the leaves by drawing another cluster of leaves to the right of the ones you drew.

Once these leaves have been drawn, we’re ready to finalize the final leaves and details in the next section.

    Step 5

Add some final detail to your bush drawing
You are now ready to finalize the picture before coloring the final step of our bush drawing tutorial.

To do this, we will draw a few more large leaves that you have created for the upper part of the bush.

Once these final leaves are drawn and detailed, you’ll be ready to add some details and strokes of your own before moving on!

There are many things you can do to take this drawing further, and backgrounding it would be a great idea.

If you’ve painted the background, you can create a lovely garden setting and add some flowers, plants, and maybe even small animals like rabbits.

This is just one of the many approaches you can take, and you should make sure to have fun creating the perfect scene for your artwork!

    Step 6

Complete your bush drawing with some color
For the final step of the bush drawing, you’ll finish it off with some amazing colors. As you can imagine for a bush, we used a lot of green in our reference image.

Start by sketching the stem and roots. Use wavy curves for the trunk. Send out many different sized roots. For each origin, stretch a pair of curves and let them meet at a point.

    Step 2

Start drawing the first branch. Use a long curved line. At the top of it, use some curved lines to form a “Y” shaped section, with each spike ending in a pointed end.

    Step 3

Continue drawing bony branches and twigs. Allow each pair of lines to meet at a sharp point.

    Step 4

Draw another branch that diverges from the first branch. Each set of curves must meet at a sharp point.

    Step 5

Draw another branch diverging at an odd angle. Note the zigzag structure of the branch. Allow each set of lines to meet at sharp points.

    Step 6

Fill in the blanks with more branches. Allows pairs of curves to meet at points.

    Step 7

Draw the last branch of the tree. Notice how a part hangs down as if broken.

How to draw a Squirrel with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Easy animals to draw for beginners and kids.

    How to draw a Squirrel

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1:

    Draw eyes
This step involves drawing three circles of different sizes. The first should be the largest size and the size that you want the eye to be. Second is the student. It should be inside the first larger circle and it should be oriented in the direction you want the squirrel to look in. Finally, add a third small circle behind the pupil that acts as the light reflected from the squirrel’s eyes.

    Step 2:

    Head and Ears
Start with a basic circle going around the eye; Make sure the eye is positioned where you want it when you draw the squirrel’s head. In front of the squirrel’s face, instead of just completing the circle, indent some and create some kind of circular gradient to accentuate the squirrel’s nose and forehead. The squirrel’s ears are shaped like a rounded pentagon. Draw a small straw house or a hut for each ear. For the front ear, remember to draw the inside of the ear by drawing a smaller rounded pentagon inside the ear.

    Step 3:

    Create back and legs
The squirrel has a bent posture; I like to think of it as drawing a sideways smiley face. Draw the smiling face tilted to the side starting at the back of the head and curving around to form the squirrel’s back. At the bottom, continue with a horizontal line to the left. This line will be the bottom of the squirrel’s feet. Curl up and around the horizontal line to finish the foot shape.

    Step 4:

    Perfect body
Arms start at an angle down from the head and bend around with three little fingers before moving back up and toward the body. Next, draw a curved line up from the foot to represent the knee; think of it as a kind of angled scowl. Finally, draw a seam from the armpit to the knee.

    Step 5:

    Draw that bushy tail
To draw a large bushy tail, you only need two lines. The first should be a gradual curve starting from the back of the squirrel. The second line should be a long wavy line that meets the first to form the tip of the tail. The second line should swoop down and join the instep. Also, in this step, add a short line that runs from the squirrel’s wrist to the knee to round out the belly and add a curved detail along the back.

    Step 6:

    Add detail line
This simple step will add two detail lines to the squirrel’s tail. To do this, add a curved line on the inside of the tail that reflects the outer edge of the bushy tail. The second line should come up from the back and be rounded to reflect the shorter side of the tail closer to the back of the squirrel.

    Step 7:

    End with Acorn
Complete this adorable squirrel drawing by adding an acorn to the outstretched leg. Start with the top of the acorn by drawing a half oval with corners below the chin and above the hand. Draw a curved line going down from the top of the acorn on each side. On the left side, the curve will be uninterrupted, but on the right side of the oak tree will be a line interrupted by the squirrel’s arm. Two lines will meet at the base of a point. Add the stem on top of the acorn and a cute little heart in the middle. You should now have an adorable cartoon squirrel holding an acorn.

    Step 1

Draw the edge of the tree.
The leaves on the top of the tree can be painted any way you want. But this method is simple and quite beautiful. Draw a large oval with wavy lines that looks like a cloud.

    Step 2

    Draw the leaves inside.
Inside the outlined treetop, draw an unfinished shape also with wavy lines to indicate the inner foliage.

    Step 3

    Draw a tree trunk.
Draw two vertical lines to indicate the trunk of the future tree. Draw some small lines to indicate the bark.

    Step 4

    Draw the grass below.
Draw small grass at the foot of the tree. You can mark it with sharp lines in the form of small triangles.

    Step 4

    Color in the picture.
Usually the plant has a brown stem and green foliage. Paint the trunk brown and green on top. You also need to paint the grass underneath in bright green.

    Step 5

Accomplished! All the steps have been taken and the drawing of the final tree has been done. Congratulations on your new paint masterpiece. Be sure to share your work with friends and family and add it to your drawing portfolio.

How to Draw a Tree with Pencil Stepp by Step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1 – Create a Basic Line Outline

To start drawing the tree, you can simply draw a few lines to indicate the general direction of the trunk and some of its larger branches.

Step 2 – Draw the trunk & large branches

Now draw the actual shapes of the trunk and larger branches of the tree.
In general, stems and branches thin out as they move towards the top, so keep this in mind when drawing. You also want to add some pretty sharp bumps and twists here and there to make the branches look more natural.

Step 3- Draw smaller branches nhánh

You will need to add a few small branches to make the tree look natural. If you’re doing a fairly small drawing like the one in this example, you can draw the smallest branches with just one line each which can make things a little quicker and easier. Also note that while they bend in slightly different directions overall, the small branches tend to “fan out” around the tree, so paint accordingly.

Step 4 – Finish the drawing by applying shadows

Finally, you can shade the tree to make it look a little more realistic.
For this example, we’ll apply some very basic shadows that make the tree a little darker on the right side to show that light is coming from the top left of the figure.
You can add a little gradient to the larger branches and trunk. For the smaller branches, just try and color them slightly lighter on the left side of the figure and darker on the right.
Once you’ve completed the shading, you should have a complete drawing of a tree.
