I have been lucky in my life to have many of the creatures mentioned in this video. I have managed a few pet stores over the years, the first being a small independent, family owned chain, the second a national chain.
These animals are very cute. I’ve always wanted to own them. I grew up in a house with lots of unusual pets. A goat, sheep, duck, all the usual kind. I’ve always wanted a pig and a guinea pig. But I don’t think they’re legal where I live, we have some of the strictest restrictions in the world. I have 2 dogs now, a worm farm and I had an Extatosoma tiaratum but it died, but its eggs are hatching now so I have plenty.
My family has quite a few goats, one of the best things is that they are friendly and of course cute, but you have to make sure they have something like a big rock or a stump or something like that to they play, although adults don’t play as much as they like to play, one of the most frustrating parts with my goats is that they can jump very high, so make sure you have a really big fence to keep them! My mom had to make her own and put sticks on top of our fence to keep them in place, but they’re pretty much worth it, especially when they’re little, they’re so cute
