How to paint a butterfly easy step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1:

    Sketch our butterflies
Let’s start by sketching a basic outline of our butterfly. We wanted to make sure that the form of the wings was correct because the butterfly’s wings are quite symmetrical. Let’s start with the body; The body has a basic shape, similar to the tip of a ballpoint pen. This lesson does not provide reference images because it is not necessary. However, you can look up a picture of a butterfly for help if needed. The upper wings are shaped like two right triangles. However, at the top of the wings, we want to add a curve or a curve.

Spend extra time on this part of the tutorial because the wings should be as symmetrical as possible. We wanted to make the bottom wings more spherical when we designed them. The lower wings are round or oval compared to the upper wings. Alternatively, they can be viewed as two spike-like structures that protrude into the butterfly’s body. We wanted to give our butterflies some special shape, which we were able to do by bending their wings. Adding small curves on the sides of the wings gives them a more distinctive edge, giving the butterfly a more lifelike image.

    Step 2:

Create a base color for your butterfly painting
Let’s start with the paint phase of our lesson by creating a light blue blend. Then we will paint a little blue on the wings of the butterfly. We don’t want to color the outside of the wing, so be careful around the edges when painting the wings. We will notice that one wing is somewhat lighter or darker than the other when we paint the wings. This is okay; In fact, it’s beneficial because it adds variety to the wings. We’ll see how this helps highlight the marks we’ll be coloring later against this faded wash.
If you want to darken any of the wings, apply more topcoat over your blue. However, the main goal here is to apply the initial coat of our watercolor butterfly’s base color palette to the butterfly’s wings. Furthermore, while coloring your watercolor butterfly paintings with blue, make sure to color along the margins of the wings precisely and gently.

    Step 3:

Color the butterfly’s body and the details of the left wing
Next, we will color the body of the butterfly, as well as the outlines of its wings. We’ll start by wetting a thin brush with black paint. The easiest way to color the butterfly’s body is to paint it black. Now we can go ahead and paint the entire bodywork black. We can make a thick dark line along the edge of the bottom wing with our black paint. Start with one wing and work your way up to the next. This strip should be pretty thick, but we wanted it to be as straight as possible, with a corner starting to slide into the side of the bottom wing.
The goal is to create a black line on the sides of the wings. On the other hand, this black band is larger in the inner region of the wing and then becomes narrower as it moves along the wings. We want to trace the small curves on the wings as we paint down the sides. The two black lines go down the upper wing from the body so it is narrower than the lower wing. However, both are thinner as they go up the flanks. You want to narrow down the black details when painting around the side border of the butterfly’s wings, as if the butterfly wings are scorched. The triangular arcs that curve down the wing are a great element to add to the upper corners of the taller wings. Because most butterflies have this feature on their top wings, you can use the source image to get a better idea of this detail.

    Step 4:

Color the Right Wing of the Butterfly
Now we’ll look at the dark spots we’ve created around the edge of the butterfly’s wings. Now we will go ahead and recreate these elements along the boundary of the wing. Let’s start again with the top wing, this time painting the elements black going down to the edge of the wing. We wanted to mimic all the elements on the upper wing, including the design of the top corner that arcs into the wing. We’re not trying to make the details completely duplicate, but we want to make them as similar as possible. Don’t worry if there is a slight difference.

    Step 5:

Create the circuit of the wing
Now it’s time to create the veins of the wings. Although coloring the veins on a butterfly’s wings is simple, we should proceed with caution. To start, we’ll apply a little black wash. Start drawing subtle sweeps from the body to the domed feature on the top wings using a slightly thinner brush. Again, we don’t ask for the source image; but, if you need one, you can use one for reference. Let’s start with the right hand wing and draw some basic lines that blend into the edges of the wing. Try to link your lines to the top of the small arcs going down the sides of the wings. We can also darken the ends of the veins where they connect to the sides of the wings.
We don’t need too many lines in the wings, so let’s keep them as basic as possible. The little sprouting marks that protrude from the body are another great highlight that we can add. Every vein we make should flow into the body, mixing with the sprouting signs to give the impression that the lines are draining from the body. The little black lines that you brush inward from the edge of the wings are another lovely detail to add. The inner contours of the wings are made a bit more textured by adding these small sweep lines. However, to avoid disrupting the veins as a feature, keep these features narrow and short, not extending into the wings.
After you finish painting one wing, repeat the technique on the opposite wing. The lower wings attempt to mimic the venous diversity of the upper wings again. We don’t need too many veins, but we do want them to float off the body and bond to the edges of the wings like the spokes on a bicycle. Remember to apply the paint slowly and gently when painting these ridges. As they emanate from the center and branch to the edges of the wings, we wanted the lines to be smooth and graceful

    Step 6:

    Detailing the butterfly wings
After drawing the ridges, we can add additional features to our butterfly wings. There are many ways to learn how to draw a watercolor butterfly, but this approach explains the basic layering process. Once our butterfly was completely dry, we were able to add some extra markings to the body with a light green color. Fill in the gaps between the ridges with these marks. We wanted the blue wash to be extremely light so as not to overshadow the veins as it dries. At this stage we can experiment with different road markers. A light wash will dry and create a subtle texture on the inside of the wing as we paint these marks in between the ridges.

How to draw a pine tree step by step | Drawing tree easy

How to draw a pine tree  with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Easy drawings for kids and beginners.

How to draw a pine tree step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Start by drawing the top part of the beautiful pine tree. Draw a slightly curved triangle with lots of curves at the bottom on top of your paper.

This forms the top layer of leaves of the pine.

Starting at the top make sure that there is enough space for the remaining layers of the pine.

Make sure that the vertex will be drawn at the top by creating reference lines. Just draw an intersecting horizontal and vertical line on your paper and use it as a guide.

The vertical line at the top of the horizontal line marks where you should draw the top layer.

    Step 2

Draw the first two layers of the pine tree
Everything from this point on is easy and it’s all repetition (with slight variations in size).

Create the second layer of the pine tree by drawing another shape similar to the one we drew earlier just below the top layer.

Make it slightly larger than the first one, similar to the one shown in the illustration above.

    Step 3

Next, draw the third layer of the pine tree
Similar to the previous step, you draw an additional layer of leaves of the pine tree. Make it look a little different by changing the look of the curves, as shown in the illustration above.

    Step 4

Then draw the fourth layer of the pine tree
In this step we will draw the fourth layer of the pine tree.

Make it look bigger and wider than all previous layers.

    Step 5

Then draw the fifth layer of the pine tree
This is another iteration. Create the fifth layer of the pine tree by drawing a similar shape. As usual, this layer will be slightly larger than the previous one.

Don’t forget to add some unique touches to those curves!

    Step 6

Next, draw the sixth layer of the pine tree
In this step we will draw from the second to the last layer of the pine tree.

Remember to make it bigger and wider than the previous one!

    Step 7

Now let’s draw the last layer of the pine tree
This is the last and bottom layer of your beautiful pine tree.

Try to make it the widest and most unique of them all!

    Step 8

Then draw the trunk of the pine tree
Now that you’ve completed all the layers of the pine tree, it’s time to create the trunk. Simply draw two parallel vertical lines with a horizontal line at the bottom.

The trunk supports the pine tree. Make it strong and sturdy and draw it similar to the illustration above.

    Step 9

Add pattern and texture all over the pine tree
Before adding color to the tree, you must add the final touches of the drawing by adding some curves on the surface of the pine tree layers.

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Start by drawing a square with curved sides to form your character’s head. Then draw a semicircle attached to the right side of the head to create the ear.

Since the character’s face is slightly turned to the side, only one ear can be seen.

Make sure that the top is drawn right on the center of the paper. This ensures that there is enough space for your entire character’s body.

    Step 2

Sketch your character’s head and body
Just below the head, draw two short curved lines with a small gap in the middle to create the neck of your character.

Then continue by drawing the shirt your character is wearing.

    Step 3

Next, draw your character’s left leg
Draw a vertical line on the left side under the shirt. Then draw a shorter vertical line parallel to it.

Then draw a horizontal line at the bottom, connecting both ends of the vertical lines. This creates the left leg of the pants your character is wearing.

    Step 4

Perfect both legs of your character
Repeat the previous step on the opposite side to complete the trousers. At this point, your character should be fully clothed, all that’s missing is a pair of shoes that match the outfit!

We kept the dress simple, as you can see in the illustration. However, feel free to draw any clothing style you like! After all, it’s your very own Gacha Life character!

    Step 5

Draw a pair of shoes for your character
Draw a curved shape at the bottom of each foot to create the shoes. As you can see in the illustration, both feet are facing the left side because the character is facing that direction. Keep that in mind to avoid inaccuracies!

Similar to your character’s clothes, you can also customize the shoes your character is wearing.

    Step 6

Draw your character’s left and right arms
Draw a narrow shape extending underneath each shirt sleeve to create both arms of the character.

Don’t forget to make a separate curve at the bottom of both arms to create the thumbs!

    Step 7

    Then draw your character’s hair
Continue by drawing your character’s hairline, which should be above the forehead. Then draw the outline of the hair around your character’s entire head.

Needless to say, you can personalize the hair too! You can have a short bob, long curly hair or any hairstyle you like.

You can also wear ponytails, braids, and any other cute hairstyle. This will make your character more unique!

    Step 8

Next, draw the eyebrows and mouth
Now that we’ve finished drawing your character’s head and body, it’s time to finalize the look by drawing your character’s facial features.

Proceed to draw two curved lines down near the forehead to form an arched eyebrow. Then draw a smaller upward curve to bring a smile to your character’s face.

    Step 9

Now, let’s draw big sparkling eyes
Moving on to the eyes, draw two very large standing ovals below each eyebrow to form the pupil.

Then surround the shape with an angled line above each oval to create the top cap of your character’s eyes.

How to Draw an Armadillo step by step | Easy animal drawing

How to Draw an Armadillo with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Drawing for kids and beginners.

How to Draw an Armadillo step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Draw the outline of the head and back
Armadillos are the only animals with a hard back. Yes, you can also add turtles here to this category. Draw a curved oval base for the shell. As you can see, our animal has a small head.

    Step 2

Outline the front of the face
Anteaters and crustaceans have a similar appearance largely due to the similar elongated snout. This feature helps them eat ants and dig soil. Draw this long muzzle in the form of a cone extending from the tip.

    Step 3

    Sketch of Armadillo’s Eyes
Let’s draw the ears on the head. You can place the armadillo’s ear a little higher, right on top of the background we’ve prepared for the future shell. The outer ear is practically invisible. Instead of this ear, we only see a thin line

    Step 4

    Draw stripes on tomorrow
It is necessary to cover part of the head with a cover. This was necessary to protect the battleship from all kinds of trouble. Draw a line from the ear and draw a contour with it. Let’s create the “ribs” on the carapace, which are the bones formed from the keratinized skin.

    Step 5

Draw the tail of a platypus
Do you notice the resemblance to the mouse? The elongated snout and ears resemble the facial features of rats or mice that live in basements of houses. Draw the tail out and twist it a bit. Finally, make it more pliable and thinner. The tail is similar to the tail of a moth.

    Step 6

Draw a line at the tail
Interestingly, armadillo has poor eyesight. These guys only see outlines of objects and gray fog. But in return, they have a very good sense of smell and sharp hearing. So let’s go back to drawing and draw some ridges on the surface of the tail to make it feel like a single texture.

    Step 7

    Drawing of Armadillo’s forelimbs
Armadillos animals run well and develop a speed of almost 50 kilometers per hour, so they need strong muscles and legs. Let’s draw short but durable legs. Divide the lower part of the leg into three toes.

    Step 8

    Drawing Armadillo’s hind feet
Repeat the previous point and draw the back leg. Alternatively, sharpen your toes on the armadillo’s foot. Note that there is space between the legs and that there is a moderate amount of space between the front and rear legs.

    Step 9

    Remove extra lines
Removing any extra lines from your armadillo drawing will give it a more finished look. To make the artwork even more beautiful, you can darken the necessary lines.

    Step 10

    Coloring armor
Choose from different shades of gray to create the signature armadillo hue. Notice the hot pink nose and the little light inside the eye rim. These small details will help your drawing come to life.

    Step 1

Start drawing a shark beyond the main outline of the body. Make sure to leave enough space to the left for the shark’s head which you will add in the next step.

Learn how to draw a shark’s body with our easy step-by-step instructions and free printable tutorials

    Step 2

Draw a contour for the shark’s head. Add a center vertical line and a horizontal line. Without them, it would be difficult to keep the shark’s mouth, eyes, and nostrils symmetrical and level.

    Step 3

Now it’s time to draw the shark’s fins and tail. Remember, we haven’t drawn the final lines yet – just some general shapes. Don’t press too hard on the pencil as you may want to correct some lines later.

    Step 4

Here’s a good example of line correction – drawing a shark’s nose with a slight bump. Adds a lot of sharp teeth in its mouth.

    Step 5

Now notice how we used that vertical symmetry to draw the nostrils. The eyes are also symmetrical but they are located on either side of the shark’s head. We can only see one eye.

    Step 6

Continue drawing the shark’s body, placing a row of gills along the center horizontal line.

    Step 7

Draw more realistic and detailed fins and tails. Make sure that the tips of the fins are slightly sharp (not rounded).

    Step 8

Cover the shark’s open mouth with red and finish the gills and eyes in black. Make the belly blue-gray.

    Step 9

We finished drawing a shark by making its upper body darker. Now you know how to draw a shark step by step using simple shapes to start with.

    Step 1

Before we start drawing the brush volume on the back, we’ll first start with the head and front legs in this hedgehog tutorial.

Start by drawing a small circle with a dot inside for the eye. Then use some circles for the muzzle and add some whiskers to it.

Neck, we will draw an ear behind the eye and then the base of the neck.

Right behind the neck you can draw some small front legs with little claws at the end. Finally, draw some long and sharp lines bunched together on the top of the head.

These will be the first quills on the hedgehog, and over the next few steps we will continue to add more brushes and other elements.

    Step 2

Now draw more back and belly
As we mentioned in the previous section on how to draw your hedgehog, over the next few steps you will be adding more brushes to the back to gradually build it up.

To add the next part of the brush, we will draw more wavy lines with pointed tips at the top. These brushes will get a little longer as you follow along, as shown in the reference image.

Once you’ve finished drawing this latest brush, we’ll draw the hedgehog’s belly. You can draw this furry belly by drawing some jagged lines behind the front legs.

Then draw the first leg of the back leg before you’re ready for step 3 of the tutorial!

    Step 3

Draw the next parts of the brush
This third step of our tutorial on how to draw a hedgehog will help you add more brushes to the body.

Some of these will be in the background next to the others you drew, but the rest will be on the side.

Let’s focus on the things in the back to begin with. To draw this sequel, just keep drawing more of the spikes you’ve drawn so far.

The next step will take some patience, so you might want to grab a cup of tea!

We’ll add a brush volume to the side of the body and they’ll be drawn with a combination of the spikes you drew above and some wavy lines.

They should cover the base of the body as shown in our reference image, and then we can continue.

    Step 4

Next, draw more parts of the brush body
You really get the hang of drawing these brushes! In the fourth part of your hedgehog drawing, we will add another part of the spiked brush above the previous part you just drew.

This sequel will be one of the biggest you’ve drawn so far, and once it’s done, there’ll only be a small blank at the top of the hedgehog to fill in.

We’ll take care of that last point along with any final details in the next step of the tutorial.

    Step 5

Add final details to your hedgehog drawing
This fifth step of our tutorial on how to draw a hedgehog will help you add details and final touches to perfect it before the final step.

As we mentioned in the previous step, this mainly entails filling in the blanks on top of other brushes.

Fill in exactly this spot as you’ve painted throughout the rest of the drawing and your hedgehog will be ready to color!

Before you move on to that step, be sure to add any additional details you want.

You can add some animals or even a background for some ideas, so what can you think to complete it?

    Step 6

Complete your hedgehog drawing with color
Now you are ready to complete this hedgehog drawing with some color! We used an actual color palette for our example image, as we mainly used some brown with white stripes on the brush.

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1.

Start by drawing two overlapping ovals, one smaller than the other. These shapes will form the crocodile’s head and body.

    Step 2

Connect the ovals at the bottom using a curved line, while also outlining the alligator’s neck. Use a series of short curves to detail the top of the alligator’s head in a smaller oval. Notice the larger curves that form the rim of the alligator’s eyes.

    Step 3

Use small, overlapping curves to form the top of the alligator’s snout and a wavy line to form its bottom. Then use a long, curved line to outline the bottom half of the alligator’s jaw.

    Step 4

Extend two long and curved lines from the larger oval to form the alligator tail. Note that the lines intersect at a sharp point.

    Step 5

Extend another pair of curved lines from the top and one side of the tail, so that the lines meet at a sharp point. This forms a bend in the tail and gives it a three-dimensional shape.

    Step 6

Draw legs. Use curved lines to outline shoulders and hips, as well as bent knees. Enclose the foot using “U” shaped lines to form the toes. At the tip of each toe, draw and shade a small triangle, representing the claws.

    Step 7

Erase the guide lines left by the original oval.

    Step 8

Detail of the crocodile’s face. Use a long, curved line to enclose the opening of the mouth. In the mouth, wrap an irregular shape to form the tongue. Draw a line down the center of the tongue and outline four triangular teeth. Use curved lines to detail the nostrils, the corners of the mouth, and the top of the muzzle. Glue a round shape for each eye. Draw a circle to form the pupil and a smaller circle inside it. Shade between two circles.

    Step 9

Body structure of crocodile. Veins with curves, and adorn the back and tail with shaded triangular spikes.

    Step 10

Color your crocodile. Most ‘gators’ are green, brown, or gray in color. The baby alligator has black and yellow stripes.

  • How to draw a Baboon Easy step by step

How to draw a Baboon Easy step by step

How to draw a Baboon Easy with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Easy animals to draw for beginners and kids

How to draw a Baboon Easy

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Let’s start the first step by drawing instructions to help make the whole drawing process easier. Start by drawing a circle with the wrong shape for the baboon’s head. Then draw an even larger one for the torso or upper body. Then draw a smaller one for the back end of the mandrill. From each one of those circles, draw stick pins with almond shapes at the ends.

    Step 2

Now you can draw in his happy looking face. At this point, he already looks cute. And I know it’s him because he has beautiful marks on his face. Draw two small circles for the eyes, a long narrow muzzle with a smiley mouth at the bottom below the muzzle. Now move down and outline the arms and legs with some brief details about the feet and hands. As you can see, the baboons have been formed.

    Step 3

In this step, what you will do next is outline the mandrill’s coat or fur. When doing this, you just need to use a light stroking motion to get your hand back and forth like you’re drawing a human hair. This is a very furry animal and is groomed by other members of the tribe. They take pride in their mane and I’m sure they’ll want you to paint it nice and neat. Detail the face a bit before continuing to the next step.

    Step 4

A very simple short step here. Take your sketch pencil and draw the facial hair detail on the baboon. These are commonly referred to as beards. I think you’ve done a great job but there’s still work to be done, delete all the guides you drew in step one. One thing I just noticed in this step is, I forgot to tell you to draw light lines across the snout where the color is. Then you can move on to step 5, but first do you know that baboons only weigh. between 175-200 pounds?

    Step 5

Here he is. Isn’t he a cute little guy. I think you did a great job and you should give yourself a pat. I told you it wouldn’t be difficult at all. Just four steps and you’re done. I say this at the end of all my tutorials, all you need to do is color him. Remember his nose is blue and red.
