Mr. Bean accidentally causes an accident, preventing Irma from sending the scouts to Big Bear’s Scout Camp. With the scout master and active little bus Mr Bean stepped in to save the day. As interim scouting director, Mr. Bean enjoys his new role, but his haunting badge collection leaves him no friends on the team.
