Step 1
Start drawing the cougar’s head by thinking of a triangle, then make its ears and chin more bumpy.
Step 2
Draw the body by drawing a line primarily from the right side of the head and a semicircle extending from the top of the head loosely at both ends.
Step 3
Draw two semicircles for the ears, two ovals inside the other for the eyes, a triangle for the nose, and a small curved line for the mouth.
Step 4
For the front leg, pull down from the body and arch out for the foot. Three toes. Draw the front leg larger than the front leg and draw the lower part of your body from the left part of your leg as shown.
Step 5
Draw the hind legs like the front legs, doing so will connect the lion’s back and bottom. Draw another hind leg from the bottom of the body, so that it is behind the other hind leg.
Step 6
Draw the tail by creating two curved lines from the back of the body, but having them connected by a half circle instead of a point. Your cougar is done! You can color the cougar.
