Step 1
To start this lesson on Puma, you’ll need to draw a few shapes and instructions. Start with the head shape and then add face guides. You will then draw a small line at the neck and attach it to another circle that will later be the body of the cat. Next attach that shape to another circle for the back end of the animal. Finally draw the limb lines as well as the long tail line.
Step 2
Now you will begin to outline the shape of the muzzle including the mouth and the tip of the nose. Next, draw the shape of the ears and then detail the inside as you see here.
Step 3
Sketch the beard and then draw in the eyes and eyeballs. Next, draw the top of the Puma’s front legs and then the shape of the chest.
Step 4
Finish outlining the legs first and then draw the paws and feet. Next, draw the starting line for the belly and some hind legs and/or thighs.
Step 5
Finish outlining the hind legs and then draw the rear feet and toes. You will also outline the long tail and make sure you make the tail look like a teddy bear.
Step 6
This is your final drawing step. All you have to do now is outline the rest of the shape of the back neck, and then the back itself that also contains the shoulders. Erase all the guides and shapes that you drew in step one and then you’re done.
Step 7
