How to draw a realistic Mosquito step by step
Step 1
Start with a small oval circle for the mosquito’s belly and then the chest. Draw the line from the chest and attach it to a small circle for the head. You will then draw two long lines.
Step 2
You’ll start by sketching the shape of the mosquito’s wrinkled legs and then the eyeballs.
Step 3
What I want you to do now is start sketching out the hairs on the back of the chest. You’ll also draw the other legs on the opposite side and then draw the head in more detail.
Step 4
Continue sketching the shape of the mosquito’s legs and then shade the eyes. You will then draw the proboscis and further outline the mosquito’s legs.
Step 5
You will draw the rest of the chest and then the hind legs. Don’t forget to add detail and definition as you can see the legs appear to have two separate parts.
Step 6
Okay, do you want to get closer to the end of this tutorial? Well, you can start by sketching the shape of the wings and then add details to them. Complete the legs and then detail the belly.
Step 7
This is your final drawing step and all you have to do is add last minute details and then start erasing all the guides and shapes you drew in step one.
Step 8
This is what your sketch will look like when you’re finished. All you have to do now is color and you have just learned how to draw a mosquito step by step.
