You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1:
Start drawing the plane with a long oval shape for the main body. Place a short, rounded rectangle on both sides of the body to create the wings underneath. Add a longer, rounded rectangle with a groove in the center to form the top wings.
Step 2:
Draw three rounded triangles for the tail. Draw a curved line near the top of the plane to form the nose. Sketch the door handle shape at the top of the plane. Add a cone and two long, thin ovals to form the propeller.
Step 3:
Sketch a wedge in front and back of the plane to create the wheel racks. Draw three wheels — one small wheel under the tail and two larger wheels under the wing. Add rectangular support beams from the lower wing to the upper wing and two from the fuselage to the upper wing.
Step 4:
Outline the lines for the windshield at the indent of the top wing. Immediately after, draw two halves of an oval to create a seat. Sketch an oval and some small circles to add detail to the nose. Draw a star inside a circle on top of the top wing.
Step 5:
Draw wide stripes on the upper and middle wings.
Step 6:
Add detailed lines on the front wheel, nose, wings and tail.
Step 7:
Use a marker to trace the lines you want to keep. Erase excess pencil lines.
