Step 1
Start by sketching Jasmine’s face. Use overlapping curves to draw the contours of her hair and the shape of her cheeks and chin. Draw a triangle with rounded corners to represent her earrings.
Step 2
Continue drawing Jasmine’s hair. Use a curve for each section. On top of the hair, draw an irregular shape. Give it a three-dimensional appearance by drawing a curved line parallel to one side. Then extend the two curves that meet at a point. This forms Jasmine’s crown.
Step 3
Use long, curved lines to continue drawing Jasmine’s hair. Then, extend the two lines downwards to form the neck. Necklace with a pair of curves, forming Jasmine’s necklace. Extend curved lines outward from each side of the necklace, following the top of the shoulders.
Step 4
Draw two short lines to form the top of the arms. Beneath these, use overlapping curves in the shape of an incomplete heart to form the sleeves of the Jasmine garment. From here, continue the lines of the arms. Sketch of hands and fingers.
Step 5
Draw a circle in the shape of an “M” on the top of the body to start drawing Jasmine’s outfit. Stretch a pair of lines downwards, bringing them closer together to show Jasmine’s tiny waist. Draw a curved line on the torso to form the bottom of the garment.
Step 6
Use an “M” shaped line to indicate the remaining sleeve of the garment. Then draw the arms using long, curved lines. Notice how the lines converge at the elbow and wrist. Use curved lines to enclose the fingers and hands.
Step 7
Draw a pair of “U” shaped lines at the bottom of the torso to form the top of the pants. Then, use a series of overlapping curves to enclose the flowing fabric of each leg.
Step 8
Draw a pair of curved lines at the base of the neck, forming a loop around the hair. Draw more hair with a curved line and tie it at the bottom with another hoop. Use long, curved lines that meet in a spiral to form the final section of hair. Then draw Jasmine’s legs. Close the trouser leg with a curved line, then draw another line to form an approximate triangle of each foot. Use additional curves to outline sandals with spiral toes.
Step 9
Jasmine’s face detail. Use curved lines to outline the shape of the eyes, eyebrows, nose, and mouth. Cover a round pupil in each eye.
Step 10
Jasmine color. She has black hair and wears a blue outfit.
