Step 1
Start by drawing Rena’s large almond-shaped anime eyes. Use curved lines to enclose the two-winged shapes.
Use a thick line at the top, then shade the outer corners. Next, enclose the rounded iris of each eye with a curved line. Finally, color the middle round pupil.
Step 2
Enclose the upper eyelids above each eye with a curved line. Then, draw the smile with short strokes at each corner.
Use curved lines above and below the smile to form the lips. Next, use short lines to draw the sides of the nose and nostrils.
Step 3
Use long, curved lines to outline the girl’s face and hair. Note the top of the face and the overlap on one side of the face.
Step 3
Attached are two large teardrop shapes above the head. Attach a smaller teardrop shape inside each one. These are fox-like ears. Then complete the contour of the hair with curved lines.
Step 5
Draw another smaller teardrop shape in each ear. Then outline the mask with a curved line below the eyes and a “V” shaped line above. Shading thick, apostrophe-shaped eyebrows.
Step 6
Extend two lines below the head to form the neck. Then, outline the shoulders and torso in a curved line extending from each side of the neck.
Draw a “V” shaped line across the center of the mask, going from behind the eyes to the sides of the face. Finish the hair with two curves that meet at one point.
Step 7
Draw more curls using curved lines that meet at points. Then detail the collar of the garment.
Draw a “V” shaped line in the center of the neck and connect it to the sides of the neck using curved lines.
Draw another curve down from the base of the neck, starting to sketch Rena’s special necklace.
Step 8
Draw another curved line to meet the previous line of the necklace in a “V” shape. Then, draw a small circle at the end of the letter “V.”
Use curved lines to outline a partial circle on the chest of the uniform and distinguish the sides of the torso from the arms by curved lines.

Use curved lines to enclose the crescent below the small circle. This completes the Fox Miraculous necklace. Tie the ends of your hair with a series of short lines that meet at jagged points.
