Step 1
We’ll draw him in a slanted style to add some horror. Make a circle for the head and then draw facial guides for the face.
Step 2
Using the facial guidelines you made in step one, outline the actual structure of Pennywise’s head and face. As you can see, he has a long and clear chin.
