4 tablespoons sugar
6 ounces (170 g) dark chocolate
2 tablespoons flour
1 stick (110 g) butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Butter six ramekins, or an aluminum muffin pan and topped with flour.
2. Melt chocolate and butter over bain-marie until smooth. Meanwhile, beat eggs with sugar and salt with a whisk or mixer until thick and light golden in color. Mix vanilla extract and flour. Gradually add melted chocolate and stir. Pour the mixture into the prepared molds.
3. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 10 minutes until edges are firm and center is still tender. Remove and let cool slightly for a few seconds. Run the sharp tool completely around the inner edge of the mold and reverse into the disc. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve immediately.
