STAYC invites listeners to watch and listen to the girl group structure and the concept of “teen fresh”; past followers are met with a unique voice and charismatic personality. The song allows each member to show how the spotlight shines on them best, while also turning on the other members’ energies. Despite the small amount of work, STAYC seems to have been formed by accident – “Stereotype”, a song written for the group before their 2020 debut, is proof.
