In the sequel to DreamWorks Animation’s Oscar-nominated blockbuster comedy, the Templeton brothers – Tim (James Marsden, the X-Men franchise) and his little brother Boss Baby Ted (Alec Baldwin) – took grow up and leave each other. Tim is now a married father at home. Ted is a hedge fund executive. But a new mistress with an innovative approach and doable attitude is about to bring them together… and inspire a new home business.
Tim and his wife, Carol (Eva Longoria), the mainstay of the family, live in the suburbs with super smart 7-year-old daughter Tabitha (Ariana Greenblatt, Avengers: Infinity War) and adorable newborn Tina (Amy Sedaris, BoJack Horseman of Netflix). Tabitha, the head of her class at the prestigious Acorn Senior Childhood Center, idolizes her uncle Ted and wants to be like him, but Tim, still in touch with his youthful imagination too worry that she’s working too hard and flawed on a normal childhood.
When little Tina revealed that she – ta-da! —A BabyCorp top secret agent on a mission to uncover the dark secrets behind Tabitha’s school and its mysterious founder, Dr. Erwin Armstrong (Jeff Goldblum), it will reunite the Templeton brothers in in unexpected ways, causing them to reevaluate the meaning of the family and discover what’s really important.
