Step 1
Create the shape for Red’s body and then add guides for the face and legs.
Step 2
Use the guide to start drawing realistic body shapes. You will need to incorporate your left arm as a wing. Add feathers to the top of the head then continue to step three.
Step 3
Draw in the feet and then draw the remaining arm/wing. Detail of the bun on the head.
Step 4
Next, draw thick and square eyebrows like this and do step five.
Step 5
Finally, draw the shape of the eyes, beak and then the markings on the belly. Erase errors and all instructions.
Step 6
This is red when you’re done. Now you can go ahead and color it to bring this bird to life.
