Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
First, we need to outline Spider-Man’s general proportions and stance. Using an oval, outline the shape of the head. Note that the top is very similar to an upside down egg. Sketch lines of symmetry on the face. The vertical line will help us find the center of the face. And the horizontal line will help us to line our eyes. Use simple lines to outline Spider-Man’s torso, arms, and legs. Note, in the first steps, you should not press down on the pencil too hard.
Step 2
In this step, we add mass to Spider-Man’s body. But first, use the facial symmetry lines from the previous step to draw Spider-Man’s eyes. Use circles to outline the shoulders. Draw the arm using a convex cylinder. Draw hands and fingers. Notice that Spider-Man’s left hand looks a bit larger since it’s closer to us. Sketch the body. Note, the body must taper towards the waist. Draw the legs the way we used to draw the hands. Note, the shin must be significantly narrowed relative to the foot.
Step 3
And we continue to teach how to draw Spider-Man. Delete the rules from the previous steps. Draw the jawline, making the bottom two and the bottom of the head a little flatter. Darken the lines of the eyes. By the way, visit our drawing lesson on how to draw Spider-Man’s head, to draw it perfectly. Add muscle lines for the arms, torso, and legs. Draw the main lines of the suit. Using a curved line draw the web behind Spider-Man.
Step 4
In this step, we start adding the famous site on Spider-Man’s suit. First draw lines on top. These lines begin on the bridge of the nose and diverge to the sides of the head. Then, using the same method, draw lines on the torso, arms and legs. Draw short lines on the fingers.
Step 5
Continue drawing Spider-Man’s web. At this step we draw horizontal lines. Note that they should be slightly curved and placed at roughly the same distance. Draw a spider on Spider-Man’s chest. Add some texture to the web behind Spider-Man and move on to the next step.
Step 6
And we’ve come to the final step of our Spider-Man drawing tutorial. In this step we add a drop shadow. We have drawn spiderman in classic comic style, so we will add classic comic shadow. At first, draw the outline of the shadow. Then, using a dark fill, fill in the shadow areas. Don’t forget that we still have a lot to learn about magical heroes. For example, you could try drawing Cyclops from the X-Men.
