Step 1
We’ll start things off simple in the first step of our tutorial on how to draw a bowl!
As we mentioned in the introduction, a simple object like a bowl can look much easier to draw than it really is.
That’s why we’re going to break it down into smaller steps to show you how easy it can be once you know what to do.
You can start by drawing a thin, horizontal oval. This looks easy, but it actually requires a pretty steady hand. Carefully draw this oval the way it appears in our reference image.
Step 2
Now draw the body of the bowl
You can now draw the body of your bowl drawing in this second step of the tutorial. This is another step that may require a bit of patience and firmness.
All you need to do for the body is draw a circle from side to side of the oval. Try to take it slow as you draw, as the smoother and more proportionate you can draw, the better!
Step 3
Draw the base of the bowl
In this third step of the tutorial on how to draw a bowl, we will add a base to the bottom of the bowl.
To do this, you simply draw a very thin circle against the bottom of the bowl where it will connect to the counter on it.
Step 4
Next, finish the rim of the bowl
Before we start adding some final details to this bowl drawing, we must first complete the contours for it. In the fourth step of this tutorial, we will draw a rim for the bowl.
To do this, simply draw another oval inside the oval used as the mouth of the bowl.
This process can take a steady hand and a little concentration, so try to do it slowly and carefully following the circumference of the bowl.
Step 5
Add final details to your bowl drawing
You’ve completed the design and sketch of the bowl itself, and in this fifth part of our how to draw a bowl tutorial, we’ll complete the final touches.
You will also have the opportunity to add some additional elements of your own in this step.
First, draw some curves inside the bowl, as this helps to create the curvature of the inner bowl.
Then you can also add some curves to the outer surface.
When you finish the bowl, you can also add some decorative designs to the bowl, and in doing this you can choose any style that appeals to you!

Start by drawing the dog’s eyes. Use curved lines to outline the rounded square shape of the eyes, similar to anime eyes.

Step 2

On one side, draw one more overlapping curved line to outline the chest and abdomen. Add a series of short curved lines in a “V” shape to texture the fur on the chest.
Step 6
Use long, curved lines to outline the lab legs. Notice how the lines overlap at the foot to form the toes.
Step 7
Complete the front leg, again noting the overlapping curves that create the toes of the foot. Then use overlapping curved lines to outline the crouched rear leg.
Step 8
Use curved lines to outline the dog’s back, hind legs, and remaining hind legs.
Step 9
Finish off the remaining back foundation using a series of overlapping curves. Then use long curved lines to draw the fluffy tail. Notice the jagged points at the end that indicate feathers.
Step 10
Color your cartoon Labrador Hound. We’ve colored it yellow or sand, turning it into a yellow lab. There is also a black lab and a chocolate lab. Then brown.

Step 1
For this beginning Yoshi drawing tutorial, we will focus on his big round snout. To do this, you will start by drawing a smaller curve for the upper part of the face.
Then you would use a much larger circle for the front of its muzzle. Remember to add a small line at the end of the snout line to create a smiling mouth.
That may sound confusing, but you’ll see what we mean when you look at the reference image. Once you’ve drawn this part of the face, you’re ready for step 2!
Step 2
Draw the rest of Yoshi’s head
We will add the rest of Yoshi’s face in your Yoshi drawing step. You can use two upward curves from his muzzle for the top of his head as shown in the reference image.
The top of this head will then extend down to form the left part of the head. Finally, you can end up with a small curve for his chin.
Step 3
Now, draw the body for Yoshi
This step in our tutorial on how to draw Yoshi looks a bit complicated, but it doesn’t have to be if you take it slowly and follow the reference guide closely.
His body is very round and it is thin at the top, where his neck joins his head. You can then use some curves for the shell on his back, then draw his arms and hands on the side of his body.
He will also have a pointed tail, and then you can finally draw his legs and big shoes.
It seems like a lot, but if you focus on each element one at a time and keep a close eye on the reference image you will do it!
Step 4
Add some details for Yoshi in this step
In this part of Yoshi’s drawing, you will draw some simple details all over his body. These will include some circles for his eyes.
His eyes were joined with no gap, almost as if they were one large eye. You can then draw three round scales on the back of his head.
Finally for this step, you just need to draw a line above the sole to make the sole.
Step 5
Now you can add some details and final touch
This step of our Yoshi drawing tutorial will help you add final elements to the drawing while also adding some final details.
First, you can draw the other arm out of his belly. Then complete his eyes by drawing two ovals in his eye contour.
You can then finalize the details with a few lines around his body. The two lines on his snout will make his nostrils complete his face.
That will do for the details we want to add, but feel free to add any details of your own that you might want to your image!
Maybe you could add some details to Yoshi to make him look like he did in your favorite game he’s in.
Or maybe you could draw a background to represent a memorable level you used to play as Yoshi.

Draw pairs of curved lines connecting the small circles to the feet, forming the legs. Then use curved lines to detail the toes on each foot.

Step 1
The first step is easy. Draw a small circle for your head. Then draw and a shorter curved line, and then a larger circle to cover the body.
Step 2
You will then add guidelines to his face and the first designs of his cheeks and chest. What you need to make sure is that you draw the lines so that they appear fully.
Step 3
In the next step, you will start working with your face. Taking advantage of the lines you drew on his face, make oval circles to fit his eyes. Then shape the butt of the nose bunny. Make a small square to represent the tooth. Now you can start drawing with the fluffy area on his right chest. And then, start drawing lines for his legs and arms.
Step 4
You have reached step four. Here you’ll start creating Thumper’s head and then large circles covering his eyes. Draw precise lines for his puffy cheeks as shown, then draw lines for his feet and legs.
Step 5
After completing this step, you will be able to see that the bunny starts to resemble the famous Bambi bunny. The first thing you need to do is draw the shape of his ears, then draw the fluff on the right side of his cheeks. Give him eyeballs and eyelids. Then shape the mouth by drawing a lip contour. You can complete this step by rubbing the fur along the right side of your chest and then, adding fingers, hands and toes on the tail.
Step 6
Since this is the final drawing step, you will delete all the rules and forms that you created in the first step. You will then add your opposite ear, and then outline the inside of the right ear. You will give him a nose. Draw the bridge of your nose. You can also add cheeks for the smile. Then you will draw a line on his stomach.
Step 7

Step 1
In the first step of the tutorial on how to draw a flying bird, we will use a pencil to draw some rough outlines for the bird.
For now, the lines and shapes will be pretty basic, as we’ll be adding more details in the later steps of this tutorial. For the sketch now, you will draw the head, body, wings and tail.
Then, once you have all these pencil outlines, you can use the pen to draw on the bird’s face and beak.
While doing this, you can also draw some elements like eyes and mouth on the beak. Once you’re happy with how it looks, you’re ready for step 2!
Step 2
Start drawing some more pen details
The second part of your drawing of the bird in flight will see you add some pen line detail to your bird.
For this part we will focus on some lines on the wings and some bodies. Now, you can take a look at the bird’s bottom line.
You can also go over the bird’s tail while adding some finer details as you go along.
Step 3
Start adding feather details to the wings
In this third part of our tutorial on how to draw a flying bird, we will finalize the outline of the bird.
For the most part, you’ll focus on the feather tips of the wings. To do this, you can use some sharp jagged lines along the wings. This will make it look like beautiful wings and feathers!
Step 4
Draw some more details inside the wings
Your sketch of the bird in flight is pretty much done now, so in the next few steps we’ll draw some details on the inside of the wings.
Using the pencil lines that you copied in step 1, carefully draw some sharp feather lines along the inner line of the wing.
This will really help give the image some texture. Once you’ve drawn it, you’re ready for the final details in the next step.
Step 5
Finalize the final details of your flying bird drawing
This step of our how to draw a flying bird tutorial will be about adding some final details to really complete it.
These details will mainly appear on the wings, you can add more feather details to it.
You can then add any final pen lines that you may have missed from the previous steps.
Once you have drawn all the pen details that you want for your image, you can erase all the pencil lines from the first step because you won’t need them anymore.
When you erase, use caution as the ink can take a while to dry completely! Once all these details have been added, you can also add any other elements or details you want.
Some ideas you could include is having some other bird fly with this one. You can also draw a lovely background to really complete it in a unique way!
By drawing the background, you can tell what kind of weather or terrain conditions this bird is flying through.
You can also look up different landscape paintings for inspiration for some backgrounds that you can draw on!
Step 6
Complete your flying bird painting with some colors
Now that you’ve finished your flying bird painting, it’s time to relax with some fun coloring to really finish it off! In our example, we use blue, gray, and yellow to color the bird.

Step 1.
Outline the calyx tube of the daffodil.
First, start with the outline of the daffodil’s calyx tube. As you can see it looks like a tube.
Step 2.
Start sketching the daffodils petals.
In this step, we just need to outline the position of the future petals using an oval shape.
Step 3.
Draw the outer petals of the calyx.
Once you have completed the outlines of the daffodils, draw the outline of the opening of the calyx.
Step 4.
Draw the shapes of daffodils petals.
Draw triangles extending the circles outlining the daffodils petals. Stretching the circles into a triangle shape will later transform into beautiful petals.
Step 5.
Detailed view of daffodils petals.
In this step, we begin to detail the daffodil with curved strokes for the sepals and petals. The curved shape of the calyx will make the painting realistic. The curves going from the inside of the daffodils add volume to the drawing.
Step 6.
Add stems, leaves, and shade to the daffodil drawing.
In the final step of the drawing, carefully remove any unnecessary lines. Adding dashes and lines inside and outside the calyx of different sizes and curves will add volume. As a final step, you can add stems and leaves. The long, soft lines along the leaves will help you recreate the bright grooves in the leaves.
