Step 1
Start by drawing an oval. This will be your starting point in front of the engine.
Step 2
Extend straight, parallel, horizontal lines from the top and bottom of the oval, forming a cylinder.
Step 3
Use a curved line around the cylinder.
Step 4
Draw an arch around the cylinder. The arch shall consist of two straight, parallel, vertical lines, connected at the top by a curved line.
Step 5
Extend two straight lines from the arch. Connect them with a curved line, enclosing another cylinder. Extend the bottom line through the cylinder and draw a short line below it, meeting at a right angle.
Step 6
Draw the cabin of the train. Start by drawing three vertical lines. Draw a small curved line and a short straight line at the top of the outermost lines. Then connect the lines using straight lines, forming a three-dimensional shape.

Use two long and narrow rectangles around the bottom of the shape.

Do you know what a kid and a kitty cat have in common? Both have distinctive body proportions. The head of a baby is disproportionately large, like the head of a kitten. In addition to the head, we see two other circles that form the contours of the body, let’s draw this.
Step 2
So we continue the tutorial on how to draw a kitty cat. Adult cats have long graceful legs. This is not surprising, as cats are very agile and flexible guys. To start this tutorial on how to draw a puppy, we will start with your puppy’s face. Using the reference image as a guide, carefully draw in a straight line with some curves in it.
The top of the head should be rounded with a much longer curve to the right. Once satisfied with the look of this step, you can move on to step 2.
Step 2
Now let’s draw a first ear for your dog
Now that you have the head of your puppy drawing, we can add an ear to your puppy.
This puppy will have some soft, pig ears that can fold down on their own. Our left ear will be completely folded, so you won’t be able to see the inner ear of this ear.
This will be created with another very curved line that folds inward.
Step 3
Next, add in the other ear
We will add the other ear in this next step. This ear will also be folded and with the angle of this ear, you will be able to see a bit of the inner ear.
You can use our tutorial reference image to add another line that bends itself similar to the previous one.
Step 4
Give your dog a cute face
The head and ears are done at this stage of our how to draw a puppy tutorial, so now we’re going to add a cute face to your puppy. There are several factors to face, so we will take it step by step.
Starting with the eyes, we will make them big and round for a cuter look. They will be created with a few very curved lines for the border with some circles inside.
Referencing reference images will help a lot as they look like examples. They will have some curves and short above them to look like some cute lashes to them.
You can also use some simpler circles with dots in them for a less detailed look if you like!
After you have drawn the eyes, you can draw a pretty little nose. The mouth below it will be very curved with the mouth and tongue open. Once you’ve completed the face, it’s time to step 6!
Step 5
Now we will draw the back and tail
For step 5 of this puppy drawing tutorial, we will be using another curved line going down from the head to form your puppy’s back.
You can then draw a small but curved tail to show that your cute pup is feeling happy!
Step 6
Draw some legs for your puppy
Draw your puppy sitting comfortably on the floor and we will show how it sits by drawing some legs for it in this step.
The front legs will be much straighter, and they will extend with one leg from below the head and the other extending from the chest.
You can then draw some cute paws at the end of them as they appear in the image.
The legs at the back will be much rounder to show that the puppy is sitting comfortably.
Step 7
Let’s add some final details
You’re pretty much done with your puppy drawing by now, but he could still use some final details!
We’ll show you an idea of some of the details you can draw, but don’t be afraid to add some patterns or other details you like!

Step 1
Sometimes in life you have to start from the top instead of the bottom, and that’s true for our first step, I’ll show you how to draw a deer!
Deer have cute and pointed ears, and we’ll start with this step. To draw them into, you can only be use a some path with a point in that when they are export in the reference image.
Use a round between them will create to the top.
Step 2
Next, draw the first part
For this part of your drawing, we’ll add the rest of the outline below the ears. Carefully draw some more angled shapes to form the top of the contour.
Then in front of the face you can draw in a more shape as you can see in the reference image. We will soon be adding her snout to that more area.

Now, let’s start drawing in the body
Finished the head of the contour, so for the third step we will start drawing the back of the deer.

Then use a curved line to create a small tail for your canvas.
Step 6
Next, paint your deer’s face
Your sketch is pretty much done! In this part of the tutorial on how to draw a deer, we will be doing it on the face of the deer.

I recommend not applying the pencil lines until after the next step, as we will be using the other oval you drew as a guide for the body.
Step 3
Now, draw in the body of the pig
For this step in our tutorial on how to draw a pig, we’ll use the other oval you drew as a guide.
You can scan through most of it with the pen, leaving a gap at the bottom where the pins will go through.
Once you are satisfied with the head and body of the pig drawing, you can erase the ovals you drew in step 1.
If you are using a brush on top of a pencil, make sure the ink is dry before you start erasing! If you start erasing too soon, you could smudge the ink if it gets a little wet.
Step 4
Next we will draw the legs and tail
In the next step of the tutorial on how to draw a pig, we will add some legs and a tail. This pig will have some cute, chubby legs, so when you add them they will be very short and stout.
Reference images will show you how you can make them.
Once the pins have been drawn in, you can add a bit of a corkscrew using some simple curves as shown in the image.
Step 5
Now we will draw your pig’s face
Now your pig drawing is almost done, and it needs a cute face!
The reference image we provided has a happy face for your piglet, so you can try to recreate it using some ovals, circles and curves.
For this step, you can also change some elements for a unique look. For example, you can change your pig’s facial expression by changing details like the eyes, eyebrows, and mouth.
There’s definitely a lot of room for you to get creative with it!
Step 6
Now finish it with some color
At this point, you have successfully drawn a cute pig picture! This is an achievement, but your pig drawing is not done yet.

Step 1
For the first step in the tutorial on how to draw a bird, the first thing you will need is a light pencil to draw a medium sized circle.
We are using a pencil for this step as it will be a guide for us to keep the shape and perspective nice.
If you have trouble drawing a perfect circle by hand, there are tools like drawing compass that can help you draw a perfect circle easily.
Once you have the guide circle, use a darker ink or pencil to draw a small, triangular beak on the left hand side. Then, using your guide circle, carefully draw on the top of the head as you can see in the reference image.
Step 2
Draw at the beginning of the body
In this next step, we will draw the head of the bird’s body. For the bird’s chest, you can use three slightly curved lines extending down from the bottom of the beak to form the chest.
You can see what this would look like for your own bird drawing by referencing this helpful reference image.
Once you have drawn the ribcage, you can draw the bird’s back with another curved line.
Step 3
Next, draw the tail of the bird
For step 3 we will draw a nice tail for your bird drawing! The tail will be made up of a combination of straight and curved lines that join together.
For this step, I strongly recommend looking at the image very closely to see how all the lines look and connect to each other.
Step 4
Now draw the legs and beak
Your bird drawing is really starting to come together at this point, so now you’re going to add some little legs and beak rests!
Let’s start with the beak first. To finish it off, simply draw a line down the middle of it, and then close it with a curved line.
Now, we will work on adding the legs. You can draw two lines close together to form one of the slim legs, and then repeat this for the other leg.
Finally, you can draw some curved toes and the back of the foot with some smaller lines.
Step 5
Next you will add the eyes and body details
In step 5 of the how to draw a bird tutorial, we will add in the eyes and some feather details. For the eyes, you can use a few small circles within the other as they appear in the image.
If that doesn’t work for you, you can also use a solid black dot or a circle with a small dot inside.
Now you can draw some feather detail using a combination of many wavy lines and smaller straight lines.
Here’s another step where I’ll take a very close look at the reference image for guidance on your first try.
As long as you follow the instructions and take it slow, I know you will perfectly manage your bird drawing stage!
Step 6
More wing and tail detail
You are almost done with your bird drawing at this point! For step number 6, we’ll add some fine lines to the wings and tail.
For this step, you don’t really need to track the exact reference image and can add these lines in a way that works for you. These lines are intended to give a smooth look to these parts of the bird.
Step 7
Now let’s draw the final details
You start this tutorial with one task: learn how to draw a bird. You are about to complete that mission with the next steps!
For this step you will be adding more lines to the chest and tail as you can see in the image. Finally, you can draw lots of small lines into the bird’s legs for a striking look.
Step 8
Finished with some color
With all drawings complete, you’re almost done! However, there is only one final step and that is adding some nice color!

Step 1
To start this tutorial on how to draw a whale, we will start with a simple line that forms the back of the whale. It will be a rather curved line, as you can see in the reference image.
You can see in the following images how this line fits into the rest of the picture.
Step 2
Now draw the whale’s face and tail
We will start building the whale drawing in this next step. Using the line from step 1, use a rounded and curved line on the left side to create the whale’s head.
Then on the right hand side you can draw the forked tail of the whale.
Because of the angle the whale will be at, the tail will be quite small compared to the rest of the body, which will give some perspective.
Step 3
Next, draw the belly and flippers of the whale
Based on what you drew in the previous steps, you can use another curved line near the whale’s belly to create a scale for it.
Once you have drawn the whale, you can draw a line from it to the tail to create the belly for your whale drawing.
Before moving on to the next step, be sure to draw another line to create a large mouth for your whale.
Step 4
Draw an eye and another flipper
In our whale drawing tutorial, you can draw whale eyes. Whales have relatively small eyes compared to the rest of their bodies.
Eyes can be drawn with a small circle with a black dot inside.
Once you have the eyes, you can perform this step by drawing an extra slug next to the eye you drew earlier.
Because this second flip sheet is further away, you can make it a little smaller than the first one.
Step 5
Start adding some details to your whale drawing
We’ll start adding some final details in the next few steps of this tutorial.
First, using the reference image as a guide, you can draw some fine lines into the area below the face and down towards the flippers.
These small lines will give this area, called the abdominal folds, a wrinkled appearance.
Next, you can draw some lines on the face and flippers to add more detail to your whale.
Step 6
Finish the drawing with some final details
We’re almost done with the final step of this whale drawing tutorial! Before the final step, we will add some final details to the drawing.
This is the step where we’ll show you some of the details you can add, but also one where you can really get creative and add some of your own!
For our drawing, we added some small, thin, lines on the tail and body of the whale to make it look more wrinkled.
With the details added, you can now come up with some of your own to add! You have many options to get really creative with it!
For example, you can draw some more sea life around the whale, such as fish, coral, seaweed or anything else you can think of!
Perhaps you could draw the surface of the ocean above the whale and have a boat sailing above it.
That would be a great way to illustrate the size of your whale. What additional details can you think of to add to your whale drawing?
Step 7
Complete your whale drawing with some colors
That brings us to the last step of this tutorial on how to draw hale, and for this tutorial you can let loose and have a lot of fun creating!
We’ve shown you one of the many different ways you can color your own whale drawing, but feel free to use any color you love!
Even if you want a more realistic whale, they come in a wide variety of species and colors
that you will have a lot of options to color your whale. You can even look up some pictures of real whales on the internet for inspiration!
However, if you want a more stylish look, you can use any of your favorite amazing colors to complete your whale.
Once you’ve decided on the colors, the only thing left is to choose your art medium.
I’m going to use some watercolor paint for a softer look to this image, but there’s definitely no right or wrong way to color! You should use whatever artistic medium you want to create a great image.

How To Draw kangaroo Easy Step By Step

Step 1
Start by drawing a perfect little circle in the center of the top of your paper. This outlines the kangaroo’s head.
Remember, use light strokes when drawing the outline. Avoid pressing down too hard with the pencil so you can easily erase any parts of the contour later that you may not need anymore.
To ensure that the outline will be drawn in the correct position, you can create reference lines by drawing an intersecting horizontal and vertical line on the paper.
The outline of the kangaroo’s head should align with the vertical line above the horizontal line.
Step 2

Draw an uneven oval just below the head. The figure should be narrow at the top and wider and curved at the bottom.
Similar to the head outline, make sure you can easily remove the body border whenever needed.
Step 3
Next, Draw the Snout of the Kangaroo
Draw a sideways U-shaped curve on the left side of the kangaroo’s head. Then draw a curved line at the bottom. This forms the snout of the kangaroo.
Don’t forget to erase any part of the border that overlaps in the muzzle. This makes your drawings more refined and most importantly neat and tidy.
Step 4
Then Draw Kangaroo’s Ears
Draw two upside-down U-shaped curves on each side on top of the kangaroo’s head. Try to make the ears uniform in shape and size.
Then remove the line from the border that overlaps the inside of the right ear.
Make sure the ears are high and upright — that’s one of the distinguishing features of kangaroos!
Step 5
Then draw both legs of the Kangaroo
Did you know that kangaroos can jump up to 10 feet? All thanks to their muscular legs and wide feet, which is also one of the unique characteristics of kangaroos. In this step, that’s exactly what we’re going to draw.
Continue by drawing a curved line on the right side of the kangaroo’s lower body to form the legs.
Then, extend the line to the left until you form a side U-shaped curve to form the foot. Then, bring the rope up, completing the form of the right leg and foot.
Repeat the same steps on the opposite side of the kangaroo’s lower body. This forms the left leg, thus completing both legs of the kangaroo.
Step 6
Now let’s add the Kangaroo’s pointed tail
Draw a narrow curved shape with a pointed end on the bottom back of the kangaroo. This creates the kangaroo’s distinct pointed tail.
Remember to draw the tail at an angle to make the tail appear slightly upward, as shown in the illustration.
Step 7
Draw Kangaroo’s left and right arm
Draw a folded arm with three paws on each side of the kangaroo’s chest. Arms can be created by drawing two parallel perpendicular lines while feet are simply three U-shaped curved lines joined together.
Due to the kangaroo’s inclined stance, its left arm is not fully visible, unlike its right arm.
Step 8
More details and patterns on Kangaroo
In this step we will add details and patterns all over the kangaroo’s body. This helps your drawing look more polished.
Starting from top to bottom, draw a curved line around the edge of the kangaroo’s snout.
Then, draw a line along the length of its body and a horizontal line to outline its pocket. Don’t forget to add more lines on each leg to create a split between each leg!
Step 9
Draw Kangaroo’s facial features

Draw two ovals standing over the kangaroo’s face. This outlines the kangaroo’s eyes.
Since the kangaroo is facing sideways, the left eye is relatively smaller than the right eye. Then add a small circle on each eye. Then, shade the entire eye while leaving the small inner circle uncluttered.
Don’t forget to add a border inside the kangaroo’s ears as well as a line at the bottom of the tail to create a border underneath. This adds an extra detail on the kangaroo, making it look more realistic.
Now that we’ve successfully drawn a kangaroo, it’s time for the most fun part. In this step we will choose color and color the kangaroo.
The coat color of kangaroos ranges from red to brown, and it usually fades to a lighter color on their undersides and upper legs.
You can choose to color the kangaroo with its original color or use a unique set of colors. Either way, we’re sure the colors will turn out gorgeous!

Step 1
As we mentioned in our introduction to how to draw a stingray, the creature’s unique construction can make drawing it quite challenging.
That’s why we’ll break it down into more basic lines and shapes throughout this tutorial. We will also keep it very simple in this first step, as you will now only be drawing a small part of the outline.
You can do this using a rather curved wavy line as shown in the reference image. This line will form the head and the front of the body later on, so when you’re ready, we can move on to the next steps!
Step 2
Next, draw some more body contours
The second part of drawing the rays will continue what you started in the previous part of drawing the rays.
You can continue to use a wavy line extending up from the previous line you drew and this will form the upper part of the stingray’s body.
As you draw this line, you’ll want to try and recreate the line as it appears in the reference image, as this will help the body flow look correct.
It may not look like much now, but it will all come together soon as you continue to add details and body parts to it.
Step 3
Now let’s draw more of the stingray’s body
We’ll be adding quite a bit to the creature’s outline in this step of our how to draw a stingray tutorial.
Using some more wavy lines, we can start on the stingray’s back. It will get a little thinner as you get closer to the tail, and we will draw the tip of the tail in this step.
Stingrays have eyes on the top of their heads and we will also draw one of the eyes in this section.
You can draw the eye as a flat circle, and we will add some small and curved lines around it for more expressive detail.
When you’re ready to move on, it’s time to move on to step 4!
Step 4
Next, start drawing some final details
For this and the next, we’ll work on not only the outline but also some final details for your stingray drawing.
For this step, start by drawing some slightly rounded lines along the center of the body to create the structure of the stingray’s body.
This will help distinguish it from the wing-like pectoral fin you drew.
Finally, you can use some slightly sharper curves for the end of the tail, as shown in the reference image.
Once you’ve drawn all of these elements, we’ll add some details and final strokes in the next step.
Step 5
Complete your ray drawing
We’ll be spending this fifth step of the tutorial on how to draw a stingray perfecting some of the smaller details while adding some final touches of your own.
For the details that we chose, we added lots of little dots all over the body of the stingray.
These help give the stingray a more dynamic look and they are a great way to complete a drawing.
You can also add some details of your own, and you can even take it a little further by creating a great background for this image.
You can paint an ocean floor with lots of other sea creatures or even add something like a sunken pirate ship! What else can you think of to complete this incredible drawing?
Step 6
Complete your stingray drawing with some colors
In the final part of the ray drawing, we will finish it off with some color. In our reference image, we chose some darker shades consisting mainly of some really dark blues.
