How to Draw Cartoon Characters step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Find a picture of the character online. Easiest is to clone a cartoon character if you have something to work with! Look up a detailed picture of your favorite character and use that to guide your drawing.
You can even look up tutorials on how to draw specific characters to make life easier.

    Step 2

Start with the basic shape with a pencil. Outline circles, ovals, and rectangles to help draw shapes from the correct perspective. For example, take a close look at the face to see if it’s more round or oval, then outline the face in place. Maybe the body is more oval, so let’s make a light sketch for that. Add rectangles for the limbs, including ovals or circles for the arms.

    Step 3

Add hands, ears and feet. If your character has unusual ears, such as Mickey Mouse’s round ears, sketch them out. Similarly, add an oval or circle to the hand, depending on what the character’s hand looks like.
Don’t forget to add shoes or legs!

    Step 4

Set the guidelines for the face and torso. Add a curved center line for the face, vertically. The line should curve in the direction the character is facing. If the character is looking straight ahead, it can go straight down to the face. Similarly, add a vertical line along the body of the character, curving the direction the character is rotating.
Add horizontal guides for face and body. The face guides should curve up or down depending on whether the character is looking up or down. The torso and belly tutorials will show how round this area is on its own

    Step 5

Fill in the basic details of the body. Connect lines along the limbs and joints, and fill in any lines along the trunk and body that are not there yet. Use the curves on the figure to guide how you add them to your character.
For example, some characters will have very thin arms and legs, while others will have more pronounced curves.

    Step 6

Add clothes and facial details. Combine eyes, nose, and mouth, using both the guide and the original character as a guide. Pay attention to scale, that is, how big or small things are related to each other, including how far apart the objects are. Then add lines along the limbs to create sleeves and pants or skirts if needed.
For the hair, create a flattened v to indicate a section of the hair. Add curved or straight lines to the hair, depending on the character.

    Step 7

Finish the character with a pen. Draw the character with a black pen or marker, making sure you follow the last lines. Let the pen dry, then erase any instructions or other pencil marks left on the character.

    Step 8

And finally draw a hat for the character

How to Draw Airplane easy step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

For the first step of our how to draw an airplane tutorial, we’ll start with the top of the plane.

To do this, simply draw a curved vertical line that will form part of the nose, then draw a long, slightly curved horizontal line.

Finally, draw a strongly curved vertical line for the tail crest of your plane drawing.

Once the launch is complete, you’re ready for step 2!

    Step 2

Next, draw the bottom of the plane
To create the lower belly for your plane drawing, you can mirror the lines that you created in the first step. The difference is that there will not be a large protruding fin like on the top of the tail.

Instead, just draw a small piece of fin from the side. It would also be helpful to look at the next step to see where the wing is going so you can leave some space for it.

    Step 3

    Now draw the first wing
We’ll be adding a wing in this third step of our how to draw an airplane tutorial. You’ll be glad you left some space for it in the previous step!

The wing will be made of a long curved line that slightly curves towards the tail of the aircraft. It might look a bit blank at the moment, but you’ll add some more details to it later in this tutorial.

    Step 4

Draw the remaining wings and windows of the plane
You have one wing for your plane drawing, so for this step add another wing. This is on the other side and at a rather different angle, so it will have a different shape.

This one will have a more triangular, tortilla chip shape. After you have that, your plane needs windows so the pilot can see where they’re going!

To do this, simply draw a bent rectangle on the cockpit to create a window as shown in the reference image.

    Step 5

    Next, draw some motives
Planes won’t fly very far without engines to propel them, so we should add some engines to this step of our how to draw planes!

To draw one of these powerful engines, simply draw a long oval from the wing.

You can draw the details inside this circle, then use an inverted curved line to create the motor body.

There will be two engines on our right when looking at this picture and there will be a smaller engine on our left. When it looks like the one in the reference image, you’re ready to go!

    Step 6

Paint some final details for your plane drawing
It’s almost time to start coloring your plane drawing, but before you start you can paint some final details. We have shown you a few details that you can draw.

For example, there are small windows running along the plane and a door behind the cockpit. I also drew some lines along the wings and tail to finish.

These are just a few details that you can add, but feel free to add any you like! If you have a favorite plane or airline, you can draw details that make your drawing look like that plane or airline.

What interesting details and extras do you think would be appropriate for your plane? Maybe you can draw a nice background for it!

    Step 7

Complete your plane drawing with some color
Now that you have finished drawing your plane and have filled in the final details, you can have fun coloring your artwork in this final step of our how to draw airplanes tutorial. I!

    Step 1

For this robot drawing tutorial, it will be helpful to have a ruler handy, as there will be many lines in this drawing.

To start, simply draw a square that looks like a square on top of the rectangles with no lines dividing them.

Then draw two rectangles on each side of the head as they appear in the reference image.

    Step 2

    Next, draw your robot’s face
In this robot drawing step, we will design your robot’s face. For the mouth, simply draw a rounded rectangle, then draw a grid line inside it to form teeth that look like rows of lights or buttons.

Then draw a rectangle above this to enclose the eyes, you can draw this with some circles. You can also add some circles above the eye area for some extra detail to really complete this step.

    Step 3

Now draw the body of your robot
We will draw the body of your painting in this third step of the robot drawing tutorial. First, draw a small, flat rectangle to form your robot’s neck.
Then you can draw a square for the body.

After you have contoured the body, you can draw some interesting details to it. You can do this by drawing a rectangle inside the body with some lines inside along with some circles.

These kinds of details will make your robot look like it’s covered with lights and buttons!

    Step 4

    Next, draw the first arm
Your robot drawing needs some limbs, so we’ll start drawing some limbs in this step. As you can see in the reference image, the arm will be created from various shapes.

For your robot drawing, you can also add or remove details to or from the arm to match the design you want.

Conversely, if you follow the instructions the arm will be made up of many straight, square lines with some sort of pincer shape for the hand.

    Step 5

    Now draw the other arm
In step 5 of the tutorial on how to draw a robot, we will copy what we did in the previous section.

You can also change its angle if you want to make it look like your robot is waving!

    Step 6

    Draw your robot’s first leg
You have several arms to draw your robot, so for this step add the first leg. We have a simple design for the legs made from a rectangle with a circle at the end for the legs.
You can draw some lines across the leg to make the leg look bent.

    Step 7

    Next, draw the other leg
You’ve finished drawing one leg, so you can now draw the other leg in this step of the robot tutorial. Just copy the design of the other leg so that the robot stands on its own two feet.

With all the limbs drawn, you can move on to the last step. Before you do, be sure to draw any final details that you think will fit in your robot drawing.

What interesting details do you think would be suitable for your robot?

You can really use your imagination and completely change the design of the legs if you want!

Perhaps this robot uses giant springs or hovering technology instead of legs. How do you think this robot would move if it existed in real life?

    Step 8

Now finish your robot with some colors
You have successfully drawn your robot, so now you can have fun coloring it! This is the step where you can really let your imagination run wild with your color choices.

    Step 1

This will be a two-step lesson that includes three steps in each block. Start by drawing guidelines for the head, torso, and limbs. You will then begin the process of drawing Charlie’s face and head. Start with drawing his cup or bowl shaped hat, followed by his dark hair. Draw eyebrows, eyes, mustache, and small mouth. Next, outline his shoulders, arms, and side profile.

    Step 2

Color the tie black, then draw the lining for the button-down vest. You will add the rest of the jacket shape like this, then draw and color in your pockets, belt, and arms. Adding detail at the hem of the sleeves are the cuffs. Draw his legs using baggy pants, then draw his clown shoes as well as his slim stick.

    Step 3

Now for the first lesson. Shape his head, then draw his shoulders. Outline the facial guidelines before moving on to the next step.

    Step 4

Sketch the very round shape of his face like that, then draw the hairline.

    Step 5

You’ll use the facial guides to draw the eyes, then outline the shape of Charlie’s nose and add a thin line for his mouth.

    Step 6

Next, complete the shape of his eyes, then draw the eyeballs. Draw and color black eyebrows, as well as a Hitler-style mustache. Outline nostrils, mouth and dimples.

    Step 2:

Join the edges and start sketching each section, board by board.

    Step 3:

Outline the portions of the banner behind the front panel, being careful not to draw inside the front panel (as these are behind the panel).

    Step 4:

Draw the edges of the banner – these edges can be straight, pointed, curved, torn, rolled – whatever you like!

    Step 5:

You can add additional accents in the banner, just like I did in this example. This can be a simple line, dot, scribble, etc.

Different edges or accents can be used to change the entire look of your banner. You can also change your banner style by creating straight edges instead of curves.

How To Draw A Magnolia Flower with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Simple drawing for kids and beginners.

How To Draw A Magnolia Flower step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

In the first part of the magnolia drawing tutorial, we’ll start with the flower’s stem and first leaves.

You can draw the trunk with a thick, bumpy line that forms a sharp angle like the trunk in our reference image.

Then you can draw the first leaf that sticks out from the bottom of the flower. The leaf will have a rough rounded border with a pointed tip.

You can then draw some line details on the incoming edges and then draw a central vein for the leaf.

Finally for this step, draw two large, round petals above this leaf. The last thing to draw will then be two more cards on the right hand side.

    Step 2

You will draw the rest of the first flower in your magnolia painting in this next step. This will build on the petals you drew in the previous step.

This flower is made up of many layers of petals, so try to build on the individual petals you see in the reference image to create the first flower as a whole.

Once you have finished drawing the first flower, we can move on to the leaves that you drew in the last step.

Just add some contour details to the leaves, and then you’re ready to move on to step 3!

    Step 3

Continuing with this magnolia drawing tutorial, we will draw some more leaves on the stem.

These leaves will be longer and thinner than most of the other leaves you have drawn so far in this tutorial.

Other than those details, they will basically look the same! All of these leaves will connect to a central stem extending from the top of the flower head.

This body will not be too obvious, but it will be drawn with the same thick and rough line you used for the main body.

Finally, start drawing another stem that sticks out, but try to keep it short as we’ll be adding a flower to it soon.

    Step 4

Your painting of magnolias looks great! For this and the next step, we will add a few more flowers to the picture to complete the picture.

Now we will add a flower to the short stem that you drew in the previous step.

This flower will also have some leaves at the base and many layers of petals but will be smaller and thinner than the rest of the flowers.

Then it will be the final detail in the next step!

    Step 5

To complete the drawing in this magnolia drawing tutorial, we will finish it off by adding another flower to the stem.

This will get you ready to color your beautiful drawing in the final step! Now draw one more flower on the main body.

This flower will also look slightly different from the first flower you drew, as it is at a different angle from that flower.

This flower is as big as the first one, but it is rounder when we see it from the side. This also means we won’t get to see the interior of this one.

Once you’ve finished drawing this flower, feel free to add your own elements or background ideas to complete it and make it your own!

    Step 6

We mentioned in the introduction that this flower has a wonderfully delicate color. That’s what we’ve done in our example image for this magnolia drawing.

How to draw a beautiful flower branch with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Simple drawing for kids and beginners.

How to draw a beautiful flower branch step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

To start this tutorial on how to draw a Japanese flower, we will start with the first flower that will be attached to the branch to which the subsequent flowers will also be attached.

In the center of the flower, there will be a small circle with lines extending from it. Each of these lines will have a smaller circle at the end.

Now that you’ve finished drawing this part of the flower, we’ll then draw some thin, angular shapes for the branch it’s attached to.

    Step 2

Continuing with this Japanese flower drawing, next we will draw some more flowers for the branch.

The first flower will be on the left, and this flower will be drawn roughly the same as the first flower you drew.

Draw this into sections using some curved lines, then attach it to another thin trunk. You can then proceed to step 3 of the tutorial so we can continue adding images.

    Step 3

Now we are going to add some more flowers in this step of the tutorial on how to draw a Japanese flower.

First, use some more angled lines to create a slightly thicker branch that moves upwards. Then you can draw some more flowers, and these will open like the first one.

They will also have some small branches reaching out from them and another branch will reach even higher. This branch will have one more closed bud like the other one you drew.

    Step 4

You can never have too many flowers, and that’s why we’ll add another flower to your Japanese flower drawing in this step!

Using the small branch you drew earlier that ends in the gap, draw another open flower connected to a thin stem.

Then this flower will also have a small closed bud to end that part.

Once you’ve finished drawing these new flowers, we’ll be ready to draw some final elements and details in the next step of the tutorial.

    Step 5

Now you are ready to complete the drawing with some final details in this fifth step of the tutorial on how to draw a Japanese flower!

To do this, we will add a few more flowers to the one that you drew in the previous step.

For the final finishing step, you can draw a small floating petal on top of the flower. This will complete the picture, but before you continue, you can also add some details of your own!

One idea is to draw more petals drifting out of the tree to make it look like a passing breeze.

    Step 6

You have reached the final step of your Japanese flower drawing, and at this step you can finish with some amazing colors.

In our reference image, we used a beautiful, classic color scheme for these flowers.

That means we used a pretty pink for the petals while using some brown for the branches and green for the leaves.

How to draw beautiful flower tree simple

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

The best way to make your life easier when drawing is to plan ahead. For this reason, we are going to draw some outlines with a pencil in this step of the cherry blossom tree tutorial.

Using the reference image as a guide, you can use a pencil to draw the stem and winding branches of the cherry blossom tree.

You can then draw some irregular circles on the branches, as these will guide you as you begin to draw the individual flowers later on.

Once satisfied with these pencil instructions, you can use your pen to start drawing on some of the branches and also the outline of the inflorescences, as shown in our reference image.

    Step 2

Next, draw some details for the flowers on the tree
You can start adding some details to this part of your cherry blossom tree drawing. To do this, you can add some small round shapes in the floral outline that you drew in the previous step.

You can also go through some pencil lines of the branches in this step to start building them up.

    Step 3

Now let’s draw some more flowers on the tree
This step in our tutorial on how to draw a cherry blossom tree, you’ll continue to add some pen details to the branches and flowers.

For this part, we will add some details to the top flower cluster of the plant.

As with the other shapes, you’ll draw lots of small, circular shapes inside the outline of the entire flower.

You can also draw some thin overhanging branches to add detail.

    Step 4

Continue to add some details to the flower of the tree
We will continue to consider pencil outlines for this part of your cherry blossom tree drawing.

You can add more details to the next inflorescence as you did in the previous few steps. As you can see in our reference image, you can also keep adding some lines on the branches.

    Step 5

Finish off the details for the flowers and branches at this step
For this step in our tutorial on how to draw a cherry blossom tree, you’ll continue with what you did in the previous few steps.

That means you’ll be perfecting the outline of the final branches and flowers. You can also complete the lines for the trunk and roots.

Once you have drawn all the contours, we can move on to some final details in the next step.

    Step 6

Now complete the final details and erase the pencil lines
It’s almost time to add some nice color to your cherry blossom tree drawing, but before you do, you need to add some final details first.

You can start by adding more flower shapes to the flower clusters on the branches. This will add depth to the flowers that will be the highlight of this drawing!

Then you can add some wavy lines all over the branches and trunk to make the tree look more like wood.

Then you can draw some small figures from the falling branches to make it look like petals are flying down.

Once you have drawn all the final details, you can erase all the pencil lines from the first step because you won’t need them anymore.

Before moving on to the final step, you can also add some details of your own. Maybe you could paint a nice background for the picture to really finish it off!

    Step 7

Complete your cherry blossom tree drawing with some color
The final step of this cherry blossom tree tutorial will be to add some pretty colors to it to make it really come alive!

    Easy drawing a fish

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Make an outline of the shape of the fish in the center of your paper.

To ensure that the fish will be drawn in the center of your paper, create reference lines by drawing an intersecting horizontal and vertical line on your paper.

The point where the two lines intersect marks the center and that’s where you should draw the contour.

    Step 2

Draw the gill cover of the fish
Draw a curved line in the outline to form the gills, creating a split between its head and body.

    Step 3

Next, draw the base of the fish’s tail
Draw another curved line over the tapered part of the fish’s body just before its tail.

    Step 4

    Then draw pectoral fins
In this step we will work with the fins on both sides of the fish, called pectoral fins. Since the fish is lying on its side, as shown in the illustration, only one fin is visible.

Create the shape of the fin by drawing two curved lines that are joined together. Both ends of each curve must be joined to form the pectoral fins.

When drawn correctly, its shape should resemble a slanted oval with pointed edges.

    Step 5

    Complete all fins
We will now draw the fins attached to the top and bottom of the fish, called the dorsal and ventral fins respectively.

Starting from the dorsal fin, draw an elongated curved shape that is directly connected to the upper part of the fish’s body.

Then draw an upside down triangle at the bottom to create the ventral fin. See, it’s as simple as that!

    Step 6

    Then draw the fish’s mouth
On the corner of your fish face, draw a downward and upward diagonal line that is joined together, forming an outline similar to the shape of a half-rhomb.

    Step 7

Draw the big round eyes of the fish
Draw a circle on its face to create the eyes. Then, inside the eye, draw another circle to outline the pupil. Now draw a small circle inside the pupil to highlight the iris.

When shading the eyes, buff the entire pupil while leaving the iris uncovered, creating a dramatic ā€œsparkling eyeā€ effect.

    Step 8

Now, add patterns all over its body
Draw long triangular patterns on the body of your fish, as shown in the illustration.

The positions of the shapes should be alternate, meaning you have to draw a triangle first on the top edge of the fish’s body, then draw a second on the bottom edge, and so on.

Feel free to customize the fish print patterns. For example, the angelfish has clear diagonal lines on its body while the common carp has only scales.

Determine which fish you want to draw first and start from there. You can also create your own unique pattern, resulting in a one-of-a-kind fish!

    Step 9

Draw bubbles coming out of its mouth
Draw multiple circles above the fish’s head to create bubbles. This will create the illusion that the fish is breathing underwater, making it look more real.

    Step 1

Mario is rarely seen without his iconic hat, so it makes sense that this is what we’ll start with in the first step of our how to draw Mario tutorial.

First, use some curves to create a thin brim that curves above his face. Then use some other curved lines to draw the big hat and bulge on top.

Finally, we’re going to use some more rounded lines for his shaggy hair and ears sticking out underneath his hat. Then we can proceed to step 2 of the tutorial!

    Step 2

Now let’s detail his face and the letter M on his hat
We’ll be adding more iconic details to your Mario drawing in this next step. The first is to draw a big M on his hat.

You can draw the letter in a thick letter format and then draw a circle around it.

Then we will draw his face. His eyes are drawn as two thin ovals with round pupils inside, and his bushy eyebrows rest above them.

His nose is large and bulging, and can also be drawn with a bug-shaped circle.

It wouldn’t be a proper representation of Mario without his famous mustache, so you can paint it below his nose with some rough lines.

    Step 3

Draw his arms and some of his body
Now that his head and face are done, we can start drawing his limbs and body in this third step of the Mario tutorial.

We’re drawing him in a running pose and you can draw the top of his arm using some curved lines that run out from his shoulders.

Then draw some thin shapes with circles on them to make the straps of his overalls.

Finally, finish with some more curves so that his legs are raised forward as he runs. Then it’s time for step 4!

    Step 4

Next, draw some more of his limbs
In this fourth part of Mario’s drawing, you can add some of his arms and legs before we move on to the final details in the next step.

First, draw his thick, white gloves, curled into fists at the ends of his arms. Then we’ll use some more curved back extension for his other leg, and then add his round shoe to the end of it.

Once all these aspects have been drawn out, we can move on to the last details we covered.

    Step 5

Add final details to your Mario drawings
Now you are ready to add some final details and touch this step in our tutorial on how to draw Mario.

The main thing that you need to draw in this step is the rest of the shoe in front of him. Once you’re done drawing, all that’s left before the final step is to add some extra details of your own!

Mario has been in many creative settings and environments throughout the game, so one idea would be to draw a background that represents your favorite Mario level.

You can even draw some more characters from the Mario universe! What other ideas do you have for getting this done?

Easy drawing coconut tree step by step

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

We’re going to start off simple for this first step of our how to paint brush tutorial. To get started, just draw a thin curved line. This will form a bit of sand that your palm will stick out later.

You can try to make the line look like the one in our example, but you can change the look of the line a bit if you want!

    Step 2

    Now let’s draw some grass
Using the line you drew in the first step, you can now add some grass to your palm tree drawing. This will be made up of a series of jagged lines of varying lengths.

You can roll them up a bit to give them some movement, as you can see in the picture.

    Step 3

    Next, draw on the trunk
A palm tree would not be a palm if it did not have the distinctive long stem for which they are well known.
For this reason, maybe we should add the trunk to your palm tree drawing! Draw two long and curved lines up from the jagged grass lines to form the trunk as shown in our reference image.

Once you are satisfied with the look of the trunk, we can move on to the next step.

    Step 4

    Start drawing leaves
For the next step of the palm tree tutorial, we’ll start with the big leaves at the top.

In this step, I recommend that you follow the tutorial image carefully, as it will be helpful when you draw more leaves later.

This part of the leaves will be drawn with some very curved lines above the ones you used to draw the stem in the previous step.

To make this step easier, try to determine the center point from which all lines will start. The reference image should give you an idea of where you can place that center line.

The lowest elongated leaf line will have a slightly more serrated line than the rest.
This step can be a little tricky, but if you follow the pictures closely I know you can do it!

    Step 5

    Now let’s draw more leaves
Using the lines you drew for the leaves in the previous step, you can now draw more leaves in your palm tree drawing.

Starting at the end of each line, draw another line towards the center. The image will show you which lines should be smooth and which should be jagged.

Once the leaves look good to you, we can move on to step 6!

    Step 6

Now you can draw some coconuts and details
For this step in our palm tree tutorial, you just need to draw some circles between the leaves near the center of the top of the stem.

They will fill in the space between the stem and the leaves left in the previous step.

Then draw some horizontal lines as long as the width of the palm trunk to give the texture to the trunk.

    Step 7

    Drawing in some final details
Your palm tree drawing looks so beautiful! Before you move on to coloring, just add some lines to the leaves to make them look a bit more textured and vibrant.

You can also add in any interesting details that you think would look good!

    Step 8

    Finally, color your brush
I hope you’re ready for even more fun because now that your palm tree painting is done you can have some great fun coloring it!

This is the step where you can let your creativity shine and choose your favorite color to complete it. We’ve shown you one way to color, but you should follow your creative instincts.

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Throughout this fishing drawing tutorial, we will depict a boy sitting by the lake with his fishing rod.

If you want, you can also change the look of this child, perhaps to look more like yourself! For this image, we’ll start by drawing his eyes.

They will be drawn using some ovals with some circular pupils inside of them. Then his nose will be drawn as a circle between these two eyes.

Next, you can draw a hat over his head using some curved lines. Then we’ll contour his face, and then add his hair underneath his hat.

Finally, you can start drawing the collar and sleeves of the shirt he’s wearing.

    Step 2

Now draw the rest of his arm and fishing rod
As we mentioned at the beginning of this guide, fishing can come in many different forms and styles.
Fishing is most commonly done using a fishing rod or rod and that is what we will add to your fishing drawing in this step.

Before drawing, draw the rest of the sleeve you started with in the previous step and then draw his hand at the end of it.

Next, draw the thin handle of the stick in his hand, then you can draw the axis of rotation with a circle.

Finish the bar by drawing some thin lines close together, then you can also draw his other hand holding it.

The last thing to draw for the bar is several detours that connect to the bar at different points. This will be the line of the fishing rod.

    Step 3

    Next, draw the child’s feet
We will complete the boy in this step of the how to draw fish tutorial. To do this, we will draw his legs below him.
Also keep in mind that he will be sitting on a folding chair while fishing, and that is why we will position the pins the way we show in our reference image.

The leg will be drawn with some curved and rounded lines, and we will also add a stripe running down the side of the right leg.

Finally for this step you can draw his sneakers at the bottom of his pants. Then we’re ready to move on to step 4!

    Step 4

Add some background details to the image
You have finished drawing the boy for your fishing drawing, so for this and the next step we will finish by drawing some background details around the boy.
First, you can use a combination of round and straight lines for the folding chair below him.

Then the next thing we will draw is the bucket next to him. This one will have some straight edges with an oval rim at the top.

You can then use a curved, wavy line for the edge of the lake, then use some more lines below the lake to show it’s submerged in water.

Finally, add some details like the grass sticking out of the ground, and then draw a line from the tip of the stick into the water.

    Step 5

Add final touches to your fishing drawing
Now you are ready to add the final details to our step by step tutorial on how to draw fish! These details will be simple, but they will make a big difference in bringing this image to life.

First, draw a thin, circular shape near the position of the line in the water. This will act as the float he is using to fish.

Then add some curves and waves on the water, and then add a row of trees in the background behind the boy.

These are the details we chose, but what else can you think of to complete this amazing picture?

    Step 6

Complete your fishing drawing with some colors
This final step of your fishing drawing will help you add some color to really complete it. In our example image, we used a lot of blue and green for the water, grass, and the outfit the boy is wearing.

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

    Quick sketch:
To draw those first lines on my blank sheet of paper, I always reach for the MONO 2H or 4H Drawing Pencil. Type H pencils have stiffer tips and are great for drawing thin, light lines. These are easily eraseable, which is what you want while sketching your initial flower shapes.

    Step 2

    Draw bolder details:
MONO B, 2B or 4B or all drawing pencils are great for adding a nice black color to the page. These pencils have a softer tip and you can draw over a larger area and color it.

TIP: I like to keep the tip of my B pencil pretty short and not pointed at all. This helps bring the pencil to the paper smoothly

    Step 3

    Create Gradients by Blur:
The pencil marks of the B pencil can be gently blurred to create an ombre or gradient effect with ease. You can use a commercially available pencil eraser or simply roll a piece of paper into a cone and use the tip of the paper to smudge the pencil. Cotton swabs may also work here. try using what you have!

    Step 4

Add white details with a smooth eraser:
MONO Zero Eraser is so small and magical to use in your pencil sketches! I love adding small details – think veins on your leaves or highlights on your petals. Simply erase the pencil to reveal the white paper underneath!

    Step 5

    Try scribbling:
To quickly add details, try scribbling quickly to cover larger areas. Use an overlapping circle or messy scribbles to add a light gray detail to your sketch.

    Step 1

Start by drawing Spider-Man’s face. Use a long, curved line to outline the head. Note the contours of the cheeks and chin.

Then draw the eyes. Use two curved lines to outline each eye, only gentle at the inner corner and sharp at the outer corner. Then draw a matching shape in each eye.

    Step 2

Use curved lines to outline Spider-Man’s chest, belly, and muscular arms. Notice how a series of curves is used to contour the muscles.

Draw a curved “V” near the top of the arm. Then draw the Spider-Man’s Spider-Man logo in the center of the chest. Surround an elongated circle for the body and use ā€œLā€ shaped curves for the legs.

    Step 3

Next, draw Spider-Man’s arms, ready to spin. Draw two curved lines to form the arms. At the bottom, draw a curved line to form the gloved wrist.

Use curved lines to draw outstretched thumbs, little fingers, and index fingers. Attach overlapping ovals for the middle and ring fingers.

    Step 4

Use curved lines to outline the remaining lower arm and hand. Bandage the arm with a curved line to indicate the end of the glove.

    Step 5

Extend a long, curved line and duplicate it back to enclose each leg and foot. Note the contours that give the legs a muscular look.

Also, notice that the legs overlap and the lower leg overlaps the top leg.

    Step 6

Draw a spider web pattern on Spider-Man’s face. Start by drawing a small pentagon between the eyes.

Extend the curve from its corners to the edges of the face. Then draw curved lines between them.

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Rats are known for their large and round ears, so it seems appropriate that we start with the ears for the first step of the tutorial on how to draw a mouse.

To draw this first ear, simply draw a large and rounded curve as shown in our reference image. We will add to it in the following steps!

    Step 2

Using the ear that you drew in the previous step, we will draw the head and body for your mouse drawing.

Focus on the head first, which will be connected to the ears and have a rounded head with a pointed muzzle.

The rest of the head will also be rounded. The body will come down from the head, and it will be quite thin at the top and thinner as it goes down.

Don’t forget to leave some space at the bottom of the body, as the legs will fit in that gap.

    Step 3

We’ll add the first leg in the next part of our tutorial on how to draw a mouse. The leg will be quite square and round, and you can use a curved line to create it.

Then you can draw the paw at the bottom of it. As you can see in the reference image, the leg part will be in the body contour and the foot will rest on the ground.

    Step 4

This step will focus on building some more details on your mouse drawing. First of all, draw the other foot protruding from the other side of the body as you can see it in the reference image.

Then use a curved line from the ear that you drew to create the second ear.

Finally, draw a flat triangle for the nose, then finish this step with a curved line to create a smiley mouth for your mouse.

    Step 5

To create a cute face for your mouse drawing, we’ll start with some eyes. We kept them big and round with black circles inside to create some large irises to add to the cute look.

You can then draw a square with a vertical line running down it to form the ratchet of the mouse, and then use a circle to create the inside of the ear.

    Step 6

We’re nearing the end of this tutorial on how to draw a mouse, but before we finish we’ll need some more details. For this step we will draw some small arms for your mouse.

They will be much smaller than the hind legs of the mouse and will be slightly curved to look cute.

    Step 7

You’re almost ready to color in the mouse drawing phase, but first we’ll paint some final details.

The most important of these is a long tail, like what would a mouse be without a tail?

You can draw this with a long, curved black line. Then draw some thin lines from the snout to make the whiskers and draw a line below the mouse for the ground.

These are the details we used for this drawing, but you can also add any details you want!
Next, you draw a beautiful butterfly to complete the drawing

    Step 8

Now that you’ve finished your drawing, it’s time for fun coloring on your awesome mouse!

We used a gray palette for our mouse, but that’s just one of many options you can choose from.

The mouse comes in a variety of colors and you can also use some of your favorite bright colors for a more stylish look.

Easy drawing kittens | How to draw a kitten with a pencil step by step

Easy drawing kittens with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Simple drawing for kids and beginners.

    Easy drawing kittens

Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

    Step 1

Do you know what a child and a kitten have in common? Both have exceptional body proportions. The baby’s head is disproportionately large, like a kitten’s head. In addition to the head we see two other circles that form the contours of the body, let’s draw this.

    Step 2

So we continue the tutorial on how to draw a kitty cat. Adult cats have long graceful legs. This is not surprising, because cats are very agile and flexible people. But kittens are not flexible and agile due to their small and round legs. Therefore, in this step we will draw the feet, which will look like small, round shapes.

    Step 3

Every part of a kitten’s body makes them cuter. Kittens with ears are cool, aren’t they? In this step, we’ll draw a vertical circular outline of the tail and a pair of ears that look like regular triangles.

    Step 4

Now let’s add eyes to our kitty drawing. As you can see, the eye is significantly shifted towards the lower edge of the head. Our kitten’s eyes look like large, round shapes, lying slightly on the side. Another feature of our kitten is the presence of large round pupils.

    Step 5

Now it’s time to draw the lower part of our kitten’s face. To do this, we will draw a shape that looks like a small mushroom. We also added a few additional ovals in this area. These shapes represent the kitten’s nose and cheeks.

    Step 6

So at this point we have a rough sketch of this cute kitten. Therefore, in this step, we will move on to creating smaller details. Let’s start by drawing the inside of the kitten’s ears. We won’t be able to draw all the hair covering the kitten’s body, but with the help of small short strokes we will outline small areas of this hair.

    Step 7

We keep adding small details. In this step we will draw short rounded toes. As you can see, the fingers seem to stick out slightly forward. To achieve this effect, draw small horizontal lines at the top of each finger.

    Step 8

So we are about to finish this tutorial on how to draw a kitten. In this step, we will delete all the redundant construction lines that we used in the previous steps. In addition, we will draw in pencil around the shape of the kitten, its eyes and other body parts. At this stage, you need to press harder on the pencil. Using short strokes, we create a soft fur effect on the kitten’s belly, ears and chest.

    Step 9

If we worked with our eyes a little more, our kitten drawing would look a lot more realistic and alive. To achieve this effect, paint over the pupils using a dense layer shadow and make sure to leave some room for the highlights, like in our example. Also, add shadows to other parts of the kitten’s body.

    Step 10

If you follow the correct sequence of steps, you should get something like a drawing of a kitten created by the artists of Drawingforall.net.
