Among the most popular typical ornamental plants is bonsai. Created, the desired tree shape becomes very beautiful and richer. Artists are popular because they can create unique tree shapes that bring beauty to the garden.
Step 1
Draw a pot. It can be a square or a circle, depending on your preference. Then start with the stem as shown.
Step 2
Add branches. Make double lines to create thickness. and note the layers of leaves trimmed at the edges.
Step 3
Draw an oval as the background for the leaves. Try to draw in more detail the leaves and branches hidden in the leaves.
Step 4
More details! Leaves squiggly as shown. Add rocks and grass to add a dramatic look to your plants.
Step 5
Sketch your bonsai and erase the guides. You can lightly paint with a pencil if you like.
Step 6
Color it. You can paint the leaves green and the stems brown
Step 7
Add some light green on top of the leaves to show the sun’s rays falling on them.
Step 8
Complete. Compare it with a real Bonsai and show off your creativity.
