Makes about 4-6 servings

4 pounds (1.9kg) of whole chicken
2 teaspoons (10g) of salt
1/2 teaspoon of chili powdered or smoked
1/2 teaspoon (1g) ground pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon (5g) of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of dry herb mixture (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
2 1/2 tablespoons (35g) of olive oil

For stuffing
1 lemon, cut into quarters
2 rosemary branches
Fresh thyme grass

For grilled vegetables
2 pounds (900g) of red potatoes, cut to taste
1 pound (450g) sweet potato, cut to taste
1 cumin, sliced ½ inch (1cm) thick.
1/2 teaspoon (3g) of salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (2g) caraway powder
1 1/2 Tbsp (20g) olive oil

To roast
1 cup (240 ml) of hot water
