Draw realistic girl face
Step 1
Draw an oval and divide it into 3 parts for the head. Make the oval face a little rounder than usual because girls usually have rounder faces than boys. To divide the oval into 3 parts, start by drawing a line across the center. Then draw a second horizontal line that goes through the midpoint of the first line you drew and the bottom of the oval.
Dividing the face into parts will make it easier to get the face proportions later.
Imagine that her face is at eye level and you are looking her straight in the eye.
Step 2
Draw the eyes on the top horizontal line. Girls have all kinds of eye shapes, but in general, they are drawn with larger and rounder eyes than boys. Then draw a smaller circle within each of the large circles and shade them to make pupils. Leave a small white dot in each pupil to make it look like light is reflected from them.
Step 4.
Draw a curved eyebrow above each eye. In general, girls’ eyebrows are thinner and more curved than boys’ eyebrows, but you can customize the shape and thickness of the eyebrows. To draw eyebrows, start with the pencil slightly above the outer corner of one eye and draw a downward curved line, which curves downward and begins to curve upwards as you approach the inner corner of the eye. Then repeat on the other eye.
To make the brows thicker, glide over the lines you’ve drawn a few times and shade around the arches.
Step 5.
Draw the tip of the nose along the bottom horizontal line. Like boys, girls have many different nose shapes, but their noses are often drawn with fewer soft lines to avoid them looking too masculine. To draw the tip of the nose, start drawing a little higher than the bottom horizontal line with the tip of the pencil aligning with the inner corner of the upper eye. Then draw a short curved line down the horizontal line that doesn’t reach that line, followed by a horizontal curve pointing up and down and meeting the horizontal line. Repeat the same steps on the other side of the face, but duplicated, to complete the tip of the nose.
Avoid drawing the bridge of the nose as it can make the nose look too masculine. You will be able to define the bridge later by shading instead of rough lines.
Step 6.
Use the shadow to gently define the bridge and tip of the nose. Start with your pencil at the inner end of the eyebrow on one side of the face. Then, lightly blend along the bridge of the nose, stopping when it reaches the corner of the eye. Next, bring your pencil down the nostril on the same side and gently draw a vertical curve towards the bridge of the nose. Then, shade in the space between that line and the outer edge of the nostril to define the tip.
Only do this on one side of the face. If you try to polish both sides of the nose, it may look too obvious and masculine.
Step 7.
Draw the lips between the tip of the nose and the chin. For a typical girl’s face, you’ll want to make the lips round and full. Starting with the pencil at the midpoint between the nose and chin, draw a short, horizontal, upward curved line in the middle of the 2 sides of the face, this will be the concave point at the bottom of the upper lip. Then draw a slightly longer upward curved line extending beyond each end of the first curve. Next, repeat the same steps slightly above the lines you just drew and connect the ends of these outer curves to the ends of the first outer curves you drew to complete the upper lip. Finally, draw a long, curved line upward from the corner of the lip to the corner of the other lip to make the bottom lip.
The outer corners of the lips should extend past the nostrils above them. Otherwise, the lips may look too small.
Step 8.
Draw an ear on each side of the head. To draw the ears, start from the side of the head so that your pencil aligns with the outer edge of the eyebrow. Then, draw a short, horizontal, upward curved line extending away from the side of the head to form the top of the ear. Next, draw a vertical line that curves outward running from the end of the ear tip down to the side of the face just above where the tip of the nose falls. Instead of bringing the end of the curve to the side of the face, leave a small gap and fill it with a small, upward curved line to make the bottom of the ear. Repeat on the other side of the head.
Step 9.
Draw the hair with a hairline starting below the top of the oval. This will give the face a soft, feminine hairline. If you draw the hairline right on top of the oval, the forehead can look rough and too big. After you draw the hairline, draw the outline of the hair so that it is larger and wider than the oval, this will make the hair look fuller. Then, with a pencil, draw long lines along the length of the hair so that it looks like individual curls.
Step 10.

Draw a circle and add a vertical centerline. Use a pencil to easily erase mistakes and guide lines when you’re done. Anime characters tend to have very round heads, so start with a clear circle to work with. Then draw a straight centerline that runs through the center of the circle.
The center line will help you build other features of the girl’s face.
Keep all of your guides extremely light so you can easily remove them when you’re done.
Struggling to draw a neat circle? Try pulling your wrist in a quick circle and sketching a series of lighter shapes. Then delete anything that doesn’t fit your perfect circle!

Draw a horizontal midline. Add a straight, horizontal line through the center of the circle. This will be a guide for other features that you will develop in the future.[2]
Like the vertical line you drew, keep the horizontal midline light so you can erase it later.

Build out the chin. Then, develop the chin by adding the jawline leading down from the edges of your circle. Create a rounder chin for a more youthful look, or a pointed chin with a pointed jawline for a more mature look.
The sharper and more angular your chin is, the older a woman looks. For good examples of this, see the difference between Mako and Satsuki in Kill la Kill, or Lady Eboshi and San in Princess Mononoke.

Add 2 ears and use them for an additional horizontal guide. Place the top of each ear just below where the horizontal center line meets the edge of the circle. Make the top half of each ear slightly larger than the lobes. The ear should be on the same horizontal plane as the bottom of the circle (not the chin). Then draw another horizontal line that runs through the middle of the ear.
Finally, you can cover your ears with a big hairstyle, but the ears will still help you create a balanced face.

Create 2 large eyes in between your 2 horizontal midlines. The eyes should be between the two horizontal guides you drew. For a simple style, draw two large, round eye contours. Add a large iris inside each eye. Then draw two smaller circles inside each eye to represent the reflected light.
Anime eyes should be big. The smaller and narrower your eyeliner, the less anime-style it will look.
The distance between the eyes should be equal to the size of one of the eyes.
If you are having trouble drawing eyes, try drawing an anime girl with eyes closed! Just draw two upper lashes and it will look like eyes are closed.

Add a small mouth between the chin and the bottom of the circle. Add a thin and narrow mouth in the middle of the vertical center line. Try to place the mouth between the lower part of the first circle you drew and the chin.
You can bend the edges of your mouth upwards for a brighter, happier feel, or turn the edges downward to appear more irritable or angry.
Anime eyes should be big and lips small. This is a good rule of thumb if you want to draw any anime character!

Add some expressive brows and build up the lashes. You have a lot of freedom when it comes to eyebrows; Make them round and smooth for a welcoming expression or point them inward to appear more angry. Adjust the thickness and angle based on your preference.
100% you only need to draw a thin line like an eyebrow. Alternatively, you can add thicker and thicker eyebrows for a more stylized look.
Add a thick top lash with a few ponytails for a more mature, sexier look.
Speaking of noses, you may have noticed your drawing doesn’t have a nose! Most cartoon characters either don’t have a nose, or they have a tiny slit. Please add one if you want.

Hair construction starts from the center part. There are many ways to draw anime hair and you can draw as big and complex or as small and simple as you like. For the female characters, draw along the vertical center line and use circles and triangles to build up the hair.
You can keep it very simple if you want a more youthful look. A simple cropped or short haircut with flat bangs requires very little cutting.
The more “extroverted” you draw your hair (the image of Goku’s hair in Dragonball Z), the less realistic the hair will look.

Delete all your instruction lines and add details. Soften any rough lines you’ve drawn or fill in any fine lines you want to highlight. Add small sections of hair or expression lines on the cheeks, forehead, or chin. Then delete any lines you don’t want to keep and you’re done!
Part 2
Whole body

Mark the full height of the body (about 8 full heads). The total length of the body should be equivalent to 8 times the length of the head you drew. Use some light pencil marks to indicate the size of the body.
Tracing paper (or drawing a square) based on the size of the head you drew can really make this a lot easier.
You can make the body 5-7 heads long if you want to look more cartoonish.

Add an hourglass figure and waistline. Draw a small neck leading down from the base of the chin. Then, soften the shoulders with circular lines leading to the neck. Draw paths from the edges of each shoulder down to the imaginary hips and then spread them out until you reach the waist line.
This will look a bit like a bulky hourglass or the outline of an “8” with a more defined top and bottom.

Outline the shape of the arms and legs using single lines. Starting at the outer edge of each shoulder, draw 2 paths from your character’s torso to form the outer edge of the arms. On the outer edge of each hip, draw 2 paths down the character’s hips for the legs.
To keep your drawing from looking like a stick figure, bend slightly in between your legs to give your character’s knees some flexibility.
You can rotate your arms and legs in any direction you want. You can even bend one of the elbows up so your drawing forms a peace sign for an extremely iconic look!

Fill in the shape of the legs and arms. Grow your character’s arms by adding a bottom line to each arm (keep the top thicker than the bottom of each arm). Build legs by adding thicker thighs and thinner calves (hold tight at the knees).
Don’t use perfectly straight lines here. Hands and feet tend to be slightly rounded.
Each part of the limbs should have a bit of roundness, but be careful not to overdo it; if you make your biceps, forearms, thighs or calves too big, your character will look bigger.

Build clothes based on your personal preferences. There are many ways to draw an anime girl’s clothes, so feel free to get creative! Keep it super simple by drawing a basic t-shirt and some shorts, or try something a little more complicated by drawing a tight jacket with a collared shirt underneath. .
If you do choose a skirt, add more pleats by drawing separate sections stacked on top of each other to give the skirt depth.
The “icon” anime girl look combined with a ribbon where a tie can go, is always a fun choice!
Remember, women traditionally wear pants higher than their hips, so try to put the top of your skirts and pants a little higher if things look out of place.

Add feminine details, such as bows or high socks, and erase the guide lines. Small strokes can really bring an anime sketch to life, so add some ribbons, bows, earrings or jewelry. High socks are also a popular anime motif. Once you’ve created everything, remove any guides and you’re done!

Step 1.
Start by sketching Beast Boy’s face. Use a wide “U” shaped line for the chin and cheeks. Then outline the hair at the top of the face. Use curves of different lengths that meet at jagged points. Notice a bunch of jagged spots on each side of the head.
Step 2
Draw Beast Boy’s ears, erase if necessary. For each ear, extend two curved lines from one side of the head. Allow them to meet at one point. Then, draw another curved line down the middle of the ear to represent the fold.

Step 1:
Let’s start by contouring Eevee’s face. Create a slightly wide U shape with a square jaw.

Draw two pointed ears. Make them long and angled like a V.

Step 1:
Inside each eye, draw a circle for the irises. Pay attention to the placement of this circle. Inside each iris, off to the side, draw a tiny circle to represent highlights. In the middle of each iris, draw a big dot for Elsa’s pupils.
Step 2:
Draw Elsa’s eyes inside the head using the construction lines as guides. First lightly sketch two small ovals directly on top of the horizontal line and on either side of the vertical line. When you get the shapes and their positions right, darken the lines.
Draw a thicker line on the top part of each eye for Elsa’s eyelashes. Add a few smaller strokes along the top part of the line to emphasize each individual eyelash. Make the bottom line of the eyes thicker too, but not as thick as the top line. The eye on the left should be a bit narrower than the one on the right because of the way the head is turned.
Step 3:
Draw a small circle at the top of the page as a guide for Elsa’s head. To draw a circle, first mark four small marks to define its height and width. Then connect the marks using curved lines. Make a light sketch at first to make it easier to erase if you make a mistake. If you have trouble drawing circles, simply draw the outside outline of a small, circular object like a coin or lid.
Step 4:
Draw a small arc under the head to guide the jaw and chin. Don’t draw the arc too low, otherwise Elsa will have a big chin. The shape should be wide at the top and slightly pointed at the bottom.
Step 5:
Draw two intersecting lines inside the head, one horizontal and one vertical. Curve the lines to contour the head. These are building lines that will help you place Elsa’s facial features later on. Add two short lines under the head for the neck.
Step 6:
Draw a large triangle under her head to guide Elsa’s upper body. The top part of the triangle will be the path for the shoulders, so don’t draw it too wide. The length of this triangle should be about twice the size of the head.
Step 7:
Draw a set of lines below the triangle to guide Elsa’s lower body. This shape is made up of two ramps on either side, with a horizontal line at the bottom. It should be similar to a triangle with the upper part missing.
Step 8:
Draw a long, angled line on either side of the torso as a guide for the arms. Pay attention to the length of these lines relative to the body. At the end of each line, draw a small circle as a guide for Queen Elsa’s hand. The circle on the left should not overlap the shape of the body.
Step 9:
Below the torso, draw two long vertical lines as guides for Elsa’s legs. The lines should be further apart at the bottom for a stronger stance. Bend the lines at the bottom to guide the feet. Note the length of these lines relative to the body.
Step 10:
Draw the top right part of Elsa’s hair using a series of curved lines. At the top of the vertical line, draw a thick, pointed shape for one strand of hair. On the right, draw a larger clump of hair along the edge of the original circle using longer, curved lines. Below draw two smaller curls along the left edge of the original circle, to the right of Elsa’s eyes. These last two curls should be pointed at the bottom.
Step 11:
Darken the original arc to create Elsa’s chin and jaw. Draw a line on the left side of the eye for the head side. On the right side, draw a curved line for the ear. Inside the ear, draw a few curved lines to create structure.
Step 12:
Use the bottom right line as a guide to draw Elsa’s first boot. Follow the guide’s path and draw a boot around it. The upper part of the right leg is wide and the area around the ankle is thin. The toe of the shoe must be pointed. Draw a cube on the left side of the foot for the heel.
Step 13:
Use the left line as a guide to draw Elsa’s other boot in the same way. Draw the shape of the leg around the original guide. Make the shape wide at the top and thin at the ankle. This boot faces the left side, so the right toe is more prominent. Add a cube on the right side for the heel.
Step 14:
Go through the final sketch lines with a pen, marker, or any other permanent ink. Take your time and be careful when you pour ink to avoid any accidents. After the ink dries, remove any pencil marks with an eraser for a cleaner Elsa drawing.
Final Step: Color your Elsa drawing with crayons, markers or crayons! Use a light blonde color for the hair. Bright peach orange skin color. Eyebrows should be light brown and lips red.
