STEP 1
Determine the general shape and proportions of the orchid, paying attention to the direction of the stem.
STEP 2
Draw the shape of the stem and the middle parts of the flower (column).
STEP 3
Draw small petals around the columns.
STEP 4
Identify the back petals.
STEP 5
Draw the lip petals as the lowest petals in the flower.
STEP 6
Locate the orchid sepals.
STEP 7
Add more lines to illustrate the stems and flowers by adding the rest of the petals.
STEP 8
Finish with orchid lips. Work on them, make them more detailed.
