    Step 1

    Since you will be drawing two different characters at the same time, you will be doing the job twice. Start by making two circles for Tom and Jerry’s heads. Next, draw peanut-shaped bodies on both the cat and the rodent, then attach the limb guides as you see here. Oh that’s right, don’t forget to add the principles of facial care.

    Step 2

    Let’s start with Tom’s head, okay? The first thing you want to do is outline the back of his head. Like all cats, Tom has a long coat, so you will convey this through art by ensuring the coat is long and fat at the same time. Next, you draw a mouth or face like that and then start to line the eyes with an oval shape. Now you can start sketching Jerry’s head.     To start Jerry we first need to draw a large circle for his head and a pea-shaped oval underneath for his body.
