Step 1
Start by drawing guide lines that will help you outline the bird’s face. First, draw a circle. Then draw two curved lines on it. These lines should be roughly vertical and horizontal and meet at a right angle.
Step 2
Use the horizontal path to place the eye . For each eye, draw a series of curved lines, enclosing successive smaller circles on top of the path.
Step 3
Where the paths intersect, draw an inverted egg to form the beak. Below the horizontal line, draw a large oval on each side to form the bird’s cheeks.
Step 4
Delete the vertical guide. Use curved lines to detail the mine. Notice how the lines divide the oval into the upper and lower parts of the beak, as well as the inside of the mouth. Note, the pointed tip of the upper beak. Then, use short lines that meet at points to attach a bunch of feathers on top of the head. Fill in short, thick curves to form the brows.
Step 5
Extend a long, curved line below the head and duplicate it back to form the body. Continuing to contour the face, draw curved lines on each side of the beak and between the cheeks, head and body.
Step 6
Erase guide lines from the face. Extend a long, curved line from the body to form the front edge of the wing. Use a series of “U” shaped lines to draw the large flying feathers, completing the wing. Then use curved lines to draw feathers on the chest and outline the top of the legs.
Step 7
Extend a curved line to form the top of the other wing. Draw overlapping “U” shaped lines to outline the large feathers and complete the wing. Erase the guide lines for the legs and wings.
Step 8
Use curved lines to outline the “Y” shape of the foot. Connect them to the body using curved lines to outline the lower leg. Texture the foot with short curves and enclose a pointed triangle at the tip of each toe to form a claw.
Step 9
Draw a series of overlapping “U” shaped lines on each wing to add a feathery texture. Close the tail with some long, overlapping curves.
Step 10
Color your cartoon bird. Cheerful spring birds are often depicted as blue with white or cream bellies.

Step 1
Draw two circles for the body and add two lines to the side as guide lines for the wings.

Step 1
This first step will appear like a naked balloon animal to me. Start by creating four guides, one for the head, one for the torso, and two for the legs. Attach them together with a neckline.
Step 2
Outline the shape of Braixen’s face like this, then add two lines for the original ear shape. If I didn’t tell you, Brixen is based on the fennec fox.
Step 3
Finish drawing the shapes of each ear, then fill the inside of the ear with this fiery looking fur or hair. Hair will grow in thick patches, so make sure you give this step your time.
Step 4
Next, draw the shape of one eye in an angry expression. Once that’s done, draw the small mouth, tongue, and a tooth.
Step 5
Next let’s start drawing the body. Start with the neck, then draw the shoulders and torso. When you complete that simple task, you can draw three-fingered arms and hands.
Step 6
You are almost done with this lesson. All you have to do next is outline Braixen’s body shape spread out like a dress. The body must also be very smooth because, after all, foxes have long fur. Add some detail along the edges, then move on to step seven.
Step 7
After this step, there’s only one more step before you’re done. Here all you have to do is draw the legs and feet. Make sure to draw the thick thighs as you see here and also make sure to add the toes.
Step 8
Finally, outline the thick, soft fox tail and mark the tail with a marker line. Add details as needed, then start erasing errors, guides, and shapes.
Your Braixen drawing will eventually look like the one you see here. Put down your pencils and grab crayons, markers, crayons or whatever you have to color in the drawing.

How to draw a beetle step by step
Step 1
Start by outlining the beetle’s head. Use curved lines to enclose irregular shapes. Notice the three bulges at the front of the head.
Step 2
Next, outline the thorax or midsection of the beetle. Use a long curved line to enclose the irregular shape.
Step 3
Use a long, curved line to enclose the irregular shape of the belly, leaving a small space between the belly and the chest. Connect two body segments using short lines.
Step 4
Attach semicircles on either side of the head to represent the beetle’s eyes. Then contour each segment with curved lines at the edges. Also note, the curve extends in the middle of the abdomen. This shows the opening in the beetle’s shell that allows it to spread its wings.
Step 5
Draw the legs of the beetle. Extend a curved line and duplicate it back to form the first leg section for each leg. Then extend another curve and duplicate it back to itself. Finally, draw the beetle’s legs. Extend a curved line from the bottom of the leg. Then draw a zigzag line to connect the opposite side to the leg. These serrations allow bugs to grip and climb.
Step 6
Draw the leg of the opposite side. For each of the two leg sections, extend a curve and duplicate it back to itself. For the feet, extend a curved line. Then, connect its end to the leg with a serrated zigzag.
Step 7
Draw the jaws or claws of the beetle. For each one, extend a long, curved line from the front of the head. Then, use a series of curved lines that meet at gentle or jagged points to form the inside of the lower jaw.
Step 8
Draw the heart, the appendage near the mouth used to touch and taste. For each hand stroke, extend a short curved line and duplicate it back to itself. Repeat this three times for each palpation. Contour of tangerines with curves.
Step 9
Draw beard. For each antenna, extend a pair of curves from one side of the head. Connect them at the ends using a set of jagged lines.
Step 10
Color your beetle. here we can polish with a pencil as a guide or can color it, They come in many colors, including black, brown and green.

Step 1
Start by using overlapping curves to draw an irregular, incomplete oval. The overlap at the bottom will become the mouth of the dinosaur.
Step 2
Detail of raptor’s face. Draw a curved line for the mouth and place the triangular teeth below it. Use curved lines to draw the eyebrows and bridge of the nose. Use a small circle for the nostril. Create eyes using an upside down teardrop shape. Shadow a small oval inside it. On the back of the head, use overlapping “U” shaped lines to indicate feathers or spikes.
Step 3
Extend a long, curved line from the back of the head to outline the neck and torso. Duplicate the line back to itself to meet the root of the function.
Step 4
Draw tails, erase as needed. Extend a pair of curves from the body and allow them to meet at a gentle point.
Step 5
Draw a long, curved line from just below the chin to the tip of the tail.
Step 6
Draw legs, erase as needed. Use pairs of lines to outline the upper leg, lower leg, foot, and foot, noting the bends of the joint. Draw teardrop-shaped claws, including the large claw for which the velociraptor is famous.
Step 7
Use curved lines to outline the other leg, complete with teardrop claws.
Step 8
Draw the forearm, erasing as needed. Using line pairs for each section, note elbows and bent fingers.
Step 9
Use curved lines to outline the remaining forearm and claw.
Step 10
Color your velociraptor. The fossil record doesn’t tell us the color or style of the dinosaur, so get creative!

Step 1
Start with an elongated circle for the mouth. On this shape, draw an upside down heart and color it. Sketch two semicircles with dashed lines at the top. Use separate triangles to connect the face, then draw a curved line over the right eye. Add a few short lines for depth.
Step 2
Next, draw uneven rectangles for the upper set of teeth. Use irregular, slightly rounded shapes for the lower teeth. Don’t draw rectangles – instead, draw separate shapes that overlap to create size for the teeth. Add a line to connect the teeth, then use another heart shape for the tongue.
Step 3
Start with a loosely curved shape facing downwards. For the ears, use two loops to create a butterfly shape. Next, draw a semi-straight serrated line to create the jaw.
Sketch a loose L shape below the mouth and next to the right eye, then add an elongated heart shape inside the mouth. Finally, use sketchy lines for the hair.
Step 4
Draw outline lines inside the face to give depth to the face. Sketch a curved line below the ear, then draw a wide arrow below the jaw to make the neck. Connect the neck with a wide wavy line ending in a triangle. Draw another triangle on the left.
Behind the neck, start with a point and slowly bend the line down until it ends in another triangle. Draw a tube on the right side and erase a few lines.
Step 5
Start with the arm with a wide triangle, then bring it down and make two sausage shapes for the first finger. Repeat the sausage shape for the next two fingers. Make sure the shapes point in slightly different directions to show that the fingers are joint.
Next, add a curved line for the palm, then draw a straight line facing down. Use sketchy triangles to make the sleeves.
Step 6
Start from the right side of the body with a long, curved line, then create sketchy shapes below and connect them to the body with another line. This shape resembles a ghost from a cartoon. Use straight lines and triangles for the top of the left arm.
Next, use a long straight line for the left arm. Add an elongated sausage shape for the first finger.
Step 7
For the right foot, start with a slightly jagged curve near the bottom. On the left, use more sausage shapes for the fingers and complete the hand with straight lines.
Step 8
Use two downward straight lines with a curved line in the center for the left leg. Add a parallel line about an inch away to complete the leg, then draw a similar line for the right leg. Connect each leg with jagged lines like blades of grass. Add outline lines to create folds in the fabric.
Step 9
Draw a curved line for the instep of the left foot, then draw waves for the lower part of the foot and curve them upwards for the toe. Add more semicircles for the rest of the toes and complete the foot with an upward pull.
On the right, draw a loop for the back of the right foot, then drag the line down and repeat the previous line to complete the shape.

Outline your drawing with a black pen or marker. When you’re done, erase the excess pencil lines to complete your animated scary zombie outline.

Step 1
DRAWING MOTHERS
Recommended Pencils: Pencils
The first step to drawing mushrooms is to sketch the hat.
They should be spherical or umbrella-like — don’t worry about trying to draw perfect circles.
Some mushrooms may have a sharper top than others, but try to round the edges of each hat and make the center cap as large as possible.
The right cover can be about half the size of the middle cap, and the left cap should be the smallest of the three.
Drawing mushroom caps is the starting point of mushroom drawing.
Start by drawing mushroom caps.
Since we are drawing the mushrooms as if we were looking at them from below, let’s draw the underside of each hat.
Step 2
DRAWING STREET
Recommended Pencils: Pencils
Next, it’s time to give the mushrooms something to stand on.
The stem, also known as the stem, makes sure the cap is high enough off the ground so the fungus can release spores and create new ones.
When drawing the trunk, make sure the size is proportional to the size of the hat.
Draw the stubs from the center of the area below and bend them in the opposite direction of the hat, like this:
Mushrooms have stems.
The stem gives the fungus enough room to spread the spores.
Step 3
DRAWING LEGENDS
Recommended Pencils: Pencils
Some species of fungi have ring-like parts on the stem.
This structure is called the fibrous ring and its purpose is to protect the gills of the immature fungus. (More on bearing soon!)
The ring is usually at the top of the stem, just below the cap.
So draw it like a collar slightly wider than the trunk and make sure it covers the top quarter of the trunk.
Mushrooms have an additional ring-like structure along the stem.
The ring is another recognizable part of the fungus.
Now imagine there is a line connecting the rings to the lower edges of the sides of the trunk.
At two points where the imaginary line and the underlying circles will touch, draw short, curved lines outward.
Then continue to add the same curves along the bottom face. That way, you’ll add dimension to the lid and make the edges look soft and rounded.
Mushrooms with a bit of detail added along the underside of each mushroom.
Add some detail along the inner edge of the underside of the mushroom.
Step 4
Recommended Pencils: Pencils
The gills or lamellae are thin, vertical lines on the inside of the cap.
Of the millions of species of fungi out there, not all have gills, but we will add them to our drawing.
Draw the gills as thin, curved lines extending from the body to the edges of the underside of the cap:
Step 5
ADD DETAILS TO LABEL, BODY AND CODE
Recommended Pencil: HB . Pencil
Let’s start adding details to the sketch to give it more texture.
First, how about we add some yarn to the loops?
Add short, straight lines in the bottom half of each loop.
Keep in mind — you don’t want to draw lines the same size. Nature is full of irregularities and your drawings should reflect that!
For the yarns at the top of the loop, you’ll want to draw them slightly curved. That way the ring won’t be too sharp to the gills.
Mushrooms with short lines are added to the rings to accentuate its fibrous texture.
Adding details brings drawings to life!
Next, add a y-fiber texture to the trunk by drawing slightly curved lines following the shape of the trunk contour.
Again, not all lines have to go from top to bottom of the trunk. Some may be shorter than others, like the threads on loops.
Then go through the gills and since they don’t face the light make them darker, like this:

The gills should be darker than the rest of the fungus because little or no light reaches them.
The last thing to do before you start shading is to make the hats more interesting!
Add circles and dots of different sizes to the edges of each cap.
Then draw lines here and there and bend them from the bottom of the cap to the top:

Time to add some finishing touches to the sketch!
Step 6
Shade your Mushroom DRAWINGS
Recommended Pencil: RED Pencil
The final step in how to draw mushrooms is shading.
To create a soft, natural shade, take a B pencil and make the grills especially dark.
Don’t forget to add shade to the rings and stems, as well as the edges of the hat—especially on smaller mushrooms. Why?
Because the largest mushroom is taller than the other two and its hat obscures the other two.
Step 7
COMPLETE DRAFT
Recommended pencils: HB and BO pencils
Since mushrooms grow surrounded by grass, add some elements from nature to the drawing.
Draw grass around the tree trunk and feel free to throw rocks in.
Instead of drawing small blades of grass, add larger spiky blades around the mushrooms, like this:

Step 1
In this maze tutorial, we’ll focus on a specific maze design. You’ll be ready to use what you’ve learned to draw your own designs, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
A maze must always be fair, in which there must always be a path to the ultimate goal. Good mazes will often have a lot of dead ends to trick people, and the more dead ends you have, the harder it will be.
You can add as many dead ends as you want as long as there is a real path leading to the end!
For this maze we’re drawing, you’ll want a ruler on hand. When you’re done, carefully draw the outline just like in our reference image.
The border will be quite square and you will notice two gaps that will form the entrance and exit of the maze later.
Step 2
Next, start drawing the twists of the maze
This is where things can start to get complicated. For this part of your maze drawing, we’ll start with the twists of the maze.
One way you can make this easier is to grab a pencil and map out the path to the endpoint so you can memorize it.
Then, using a pencil, you can start drawing other lines and dead ends for the maze.
Even if you change the paths from our reference image, make sure you don’t overwrite the path with a pencil to the target!
Step 3
Now, keep drawing the spirals
We’ll continue to draw some curves in this step of the maze tutorial. Using your reference image and ruler, you can extend the twists further down into the outline of the maze.
As you draw, don’t forget to make sure you don’t draw any paths on the line that you drew to indicate the exit.
Step 4
Next, complete the twists of the maze
Now it’s time to complete the twists of the maze before we add some final details in the next step.
Simply continue walking as you have completed the lines that make up the interior of the maze. Then you will finish that aspect of this drawing!
Just make sure you leave a path to your destination before continuing.
If you want to design your own maze variations, always remember to start with that path before working on the maze turns. Then we can add some final details in the next step, so move on!
Step 5
Now finish your maze drawing
When creating a maze, you can add a theme to add personality to the maze.

Step 1
This reindeer tutorial has some complicated elements, so we’ll take it slow! For this first step, we’ll start with your reindeer head.
The top will be quite rounded, as you can see in the reference image we provided. The ear will be drawn on the head as a curved line with a point at the end.
Step 2
Next, continue drawing the reindeer’s face
In this reindeer drawing, we will continue to draw the face and chest. Using the reference image as your guide, give the reindeer a pointed face with a rounded nose at the end.
Once you’ve drawn the face, you can draw a downward curve from the face to create the chest for your reindeer.
Step 3
Next, start drawing the legs
We will be drawing the back and front legs in this part of the reindeer drawing tutorial. First, use a curved line going from the base of the neck for the back of the reindeer. Don’t forget to add the tail!
Then, just below the tail, you can use some circles for the reindeer’s hips. Just below the hips you can draw a slender and skinny leg.
Then there will be a short line for the belly in front of the forelegs that will not have the rounded hips of the hind legs.
Step 4
Draw the next pins
Now that you have completed the first two legs of the reindeer drawing, you can now draw the remaining two legs.
They will be on the other side of your reindeer, so while they will look quite similar to the previous legs you drew, they will be slightly smaller to show perspective.
Step 5
Next, draw some smaller details
This step in our tutorial on how to draw reindeer is all about some of the smaller details. First, you can draw a simple necklace over the reindeer’s neck using two simple curves.
Then you can create a simple nose with another short line near the top of the face. Finally, some lines in the ear will help show the inner ear.
Step 6
Now draw some antlers and other elements
The most recognizable aspect of reindeer is their antlers, so we should add some to your reindeer drawing in this step.
The antlers start from between the ears and are made up of several curved lines with thick ‘branches’ protruding. Reference images will help illustrate what these look like!
Before moving on to the next step, there are a few more details you can add. First, draw a line along your reindeer’s snout, then add a curved line to form a smiling mouth inside. What other small details would you add to your drawing?
Step 7
Draw some final elements and details for this step
Before we move on to coloring your reindeer, we’ll add some final elements and details.
First, you can make a nice eye for your reindeer painting by drawing a simple circle with another colored circle inside. You can also draw a circle nearby to give the reindeer a rosy blush!
Then it’s just a matter of adding some finishing touches. We’ve added some small lines to the collar and legs of our example drawing to help give the drawing some life.
Before completing this step, you can add any details you want! This is a great way to get creative with your drawings, and you can add anything from a background to some additional elements.

Front
Draw two parallel lines at a small right angle, about two inches apart. Connect the lines at both ends.

Draw a corner line from the top right corner of the rectangle and the top left corner, then connect them.
Step 3
Chest sole

From the upper right corner of the upper rectangle, draw a large D. In the top left corner, draw a line of the same length and angle and then join them.

Lid details

Hooks
Draw a bubble C on the side of the chest. Add another bubble C to the side over the hook.
Step 7
Lock
Below the hook, draw a horizontal D with the curve pointing downwards. In D, draw a J that connects to the half-curve. Inside this section, draw a keyhole, then color it.
Do you know? Pirates rarely bury treasure. Instead, they will share it with each other.
Step 8
Chest detail
Create a dot inside the bottom left corner of the inside of the chest. Connect this to the bottom right corner and inside the top right corner. Draw straight lines through the sides of the chest. Add thick dots in each corner for the nails.
Step 9
Pearl
Draw small circles in the shape of a necklace so that they stick out to the right side of the chest. Draw a smaller version next to it. Draw equally spaced lines on the edges of the chest.
Step 10
Booty
Draw small ovals and circles for the coin, with small curves for texture. For jewelry, a triangle on top of a square. Draw two lines from the top point of the triangle to the bottom line and do the same for the square.
Step 11
Color
You can use shadows to create depth and texture. Get creative by adding markings on your coins or reflecting light on jewelry.

Step 1:
Draw the basic shapes first
First, you’ll have to draw the base of the hook that consists of two overlapping circles, a horizontal line at the top and two intersecting diagonal lines at the top right. Follow the example below and observe closely how the shapes intersect (notice how the bottom circle doesn’t touch the bottom diagonal).
Step 2:
Form the full curves of the Nike swoosh
Although the curves in curly braces are not complete circles, you will only have to follow part of the circle as shown in the example below. Connect the rest with small lines to create the final base of the full hook.
Step 3:
Draw over the contours to complete the Nike swoosh
You’ve formed the outlines for the hook, which you can now overlay and smooth to create a smooth shape. Now you can also remove borders
Step 4:
Create a border for the letter “Nike”
If you also want to draw the letters “Nike” above the hook logo, follow the next four steps. First, create a slanted box that coincides with the swoosh in its bottom right corner.
Step 5:
Create a vertical border for the word “Nike”

Step 1
At the first stage, with a stiff pencil marking T, we draw a diagram of three parallelograms. One large, small in the front left and larger in the middle in the back. In the center we will draw a lens in the form of a long cylinder.
Step 2
Next step. We draw lenses. Since it must consist of many parts, divide the cylinder into five, alternating: – wider, then narrower. Draw them with a soft pencil marked with an M. In the upper center we will depict a photo flash.
Step 3
The camera consists of several parts: draw the start button, the settings window, and the cassette cover on the side. Add strokes to the middle circles of the cylindrical lens, add volume circles in the middle and round all the details.
Step 4
The final stage. Shade the camera protrusions with a soft pencil, trying to give them volume. We hard coat the rest, applying small frequent strokes one to one. The drawing of the camera is complete.

How to draw a realistic leaf step by step

Step 1
Start by drawing the margin of the leaf or the edge of the leaf. Use curves that meet at sharp or gentle points. Maple leaves are lobed or lacerated, meaning it has deep depressions.
Step 2
Continue to outline the edge of the leaf, using curved lines that meet at points to form the lobes. This new face should be a close mirror image of the first face.
Step 3
Continue drawing the face of the leaf started in the first step. Draw each lobe using curves of different sizes that meet at sharp points.
Step 4
Continue drawing the opposite side of the leaf. Again, use curves that meet at sharp points to form jagged lobes.
Step 5
Draw the top of each upper lobe. Use curves that meet at sharp points. Now you can see the shape of the lobes and each lobe has extra serrations with pointed tips. This is described as a double tooth.
Step 6
Use a series of curved lines, joined at sharp points to complete the top or top end of the leaf. This completes the outline of the leaf blade.
Step 7
Draw a series of curved lines in a star pattern. The lines should originate near the bottom of the leaf and extend nearly to the tip of each lobe. These are the veins of the leaves. The midrib is called the midrib.
Step 8
Draw short curved lines extending from the veins in a “V” shape. These are called secondary veins.
Step 9
Continue to texture the leaves with the extra veins. Then draw the stem or petiole, the structure that connects the leaf to the plant. From the point where the veins converge, extend a pair of curves.
Step 10
Connect them at the end using a short curved line. Give the head a rounded, three-dimensional shape by drawing another short line across the head.
Color your drawing of maple leaves. In spring and summer, the leaves of most maples are bright green. In the fall, they turn yellow, orange, red or brown.

Step 1:
Build the main body of the horse
For all of our animal drawing tutorials, we always start by using construction shapes and lines. Construction lines are simple and easy-to-draw shapes that help us build a basic outline of the animal before we start adding intricate details. Construction lines are used by professional artists and beginners alike, and they are sometimes considered an artist’s best kept secret.
To start drawing the horse, we will use a long, horizontal oval to represent the main body of the horse. This first step may seem simple because even though it’s just an oval, you need to make sure it’s perfectly placed on your page.
Around this oval you’ll be adding other limbs and details, so you need to make sure there’s plenty of room so your horse doesn’t get a flat neck.
Step 2:
Build a horse’s head
The second step in this easy pony drawing tutorial is also a simple construction step, but it’s essential. In this step, you will use a small circle to represent the head in your horse drawing. To the right and above the main body building oval, draw a small circle. You want the circle to be directly above and in front of the main oval.
At this stage, it may seem strange that your horse’s head is hanging away from the body. In the next few steps, you’ll draw the pony’s neckline to join the two body parts together.
Step 3:
Build a horse’s snout
Before connecting the head to the body, you need to quickly raise the horse’s muzzle. For the muzzle, you’ll use an oval that’s tilted at a 45-degree angle to the bottom right corner of the page. The top of this oval will overlap quite a bit compared to the top circle.
Over the next few steps, you’ll use this oval to help perfect the shape of the horse’s head and nose.
Step 4:
Building Horse Neck
Finally, it’s time to combine your horse’s head with its body. Start with a curved line starting at the top of the head building circle and curving down to the top of the body oval. You want this line to join the body oval just before the midpoint. Use another, smaller curved line to complete the neck, starting just below the horizontal midpoint in the head circle and connecting this line to the torso. You will use these lines to help you complete the final contour of the horse’s neck in the following steps.
At this point, you can begin to see the silhouette of a horse poking through the construction lines.
Step 5:
Horse ear shaping
Adding horse ears instantly transforms your construction drawings and helps you see the horse come to life. To create the ears, you will use two ovals of slightly different shapes. Start where the neckline joins the top circle. At this point, draw a long, thin oval with a point at the top. This front ear will look a bit like a long petal. Just behind this first ear, draw another oval that is larger and not as pointed.
The difference in ear shapes is a result of the perspective we are using for this drawing of the horse.
Step 6:
Build a ponytail
For all the steps so far, you’ve used shapes to represent different parts of the horse’s body. In this step, you will use a freehand curve to give the general shape of the ponytail. The horse we are drawing is moving, so the tail will flow backwards.
It may take a few tries until you’re happy with your tail shape, but be patient, these take time.
Step 7:
Raise the horse’s first front leg
We have divided the steps of drawing a horse’s legs into several parts because they are said to be the most difficult part of drawing a horse to nail. In this first step of drawing the horse’s legs, we will deal with the front and rear legs. Start by drawing two small circles about a centimeter apart. These two circles represent the two joints in the front legs.
The top ring should align with the top circle and be about the same distance from the body as the head.
Attach these circles to the main body oval using two lines as wide as the circles. You want to make sure that these lines are not two solid lines all the way down the leg. Instead, you want the lines to split in the middle of the circles. At the bottom of the bottom circle, draw a small curved triangle. This triangle will be the outline for your horseshoe.
Step 8:
Raise the horse’s second front leg
In this step, you’ll use the same process to build the second front leg. This front leg is the leg closest to us and it bends when the horse is in motion. Again, you want to draw two circles to represent the joints, but these need to be in slightly different positions.
If you’re using two circles for the first front leg as a guide, then you want the top circle for this second leg to be behind but in between them.
Then you can draw a second circle just below the first n
and about a centimeter behind it. Use two lines to connect these circles to the main body and to each other. Since this front leg is closest to its intended use, you can make the leg a bit wider in the upper part, where it joins the oval of the body. The final part of this step is to draw a teardrop shape around the bottom circle. This round teardrop shape will represent the nail for this foot.
Step 9:
Build the first hind legs of the horse
You know discipline from now on. In this step, you need to put your hind leg closest to you. The two matching circles should align with the two loops on the front leg. You also want to make sure that the bottom circle is in front of the top circle. Since the latter is the leg closest to us, you want the top of the leg to be fairly wide.
Finish this step by drawing another slightly curved triangle extending from the bottom circle.
Step 10:
Build the last leg of the horse
This step is the final step to draw the horse’s legs. Start over with your two common circles, placing these higher than the others. Then draw lines that are visible from our perspective, connecting them behind the hind legs you just drew. Finish this leg with a curved triangle for the final nail.
Step 11:
Draw the outline for the horse
At this stage of our easy horse drawing tutorial, you’ve done most of the heavy lifting. Now it’s time to use a thin outline to give your horse the final shape. Using all the construction lines you’ve drawn so far, you’ll use a darker pencil to outline your horse. You can start at any point and gently add a few curves to your contour so you don’t stick too closely to the build lines.
When sketching the legs closest to us, you need to line the horse’s belly to add some shape and perspective.
Around the joints in the legs, add a small bump in your contour. You can also draw some more stripes along the bottom of the horse’s chest and neck to make it look a bit more muscular. On the head, follow the construction lines fairly closely, but don’t follow the depression between the circle and the oval in the muzzle. At the bottom of the nose, add the small curves you can see in our example, and also add the nostrils and eyes to the face. Outline the ears and add a few small curves inside them to add depth and detail.
Step 12:
Draw the tail and the main blow in the wind
Now that we have a general outline of your horse, it’s time to draw the mane and tail. The way we are going to draw these hair features will help give the impression of movement. Use a sharp pen or pencil to draw many curved lines toward the horse’s back. For the mane, start around the ears and start drawing a few small wavy lines in the right direction. Continue moving down the back of the horse’s neck, making the hair longer as you go further to the back.
For the tail, use the shape line as a guide and draw lots of loose and overlapping strands until you’re happy with the fullness.
Step 13:
More details on the horse’s legs
In this step, you just need to add details to your horse’s legs. Using construction lines, add some curves around the matching circles and add a few small lines in the areas of the legs that will have shadows. You can also add small strokes along the legs to give the impression of fur in some places. Draw a line on the bottom of each foot to separate the toenail from the toe and add some small lines across the nail to create a slight glossy feel.
Once you have completed this step, you can delete all remaining build lines.
Step 13:
Add texture and detail to your horse
Using the same technique as in the previous step, add diagonal shadow lines all over your horse’s body and head. You want to follow the general shape of the horse and draw these texture lines in this direction. To make certain areas appear more muscular, add more diagonal lines to help them stand out. Add more texture in areas that you think will be darker, such as around the eyes, ears, under the head, under the feet, and on the horse’s belly.
The amount of texture you add is a personal preference. Sometimes, less is better, because too much detail can become overwhelming and detract from the realism you’re trying to achieve.
Step 14:
Perfect your easy horse drawing
In this last step of the drawing tutorial, you need to add some shadows to add stroke and make your drawing look more realistic. Using a dark gray or black color, add some light shadows around the areas where you added the extra texture detail in the last step. This shadow will help define the contours of the horse’s body. Shade along the horse’s belly, down the inside of the legs, under the head, along the nose and down the horse’s chest.

Step 1
Draw the head
Similar to the previous example, start by drawing the basic outline of the head without any hair.
Step 2
Draw the hairline
Add the path for the hairline as shown in the example above.
Step 3
Draw the outline of the hair
On top of the head and hairline, draw a basic outline of real hair without any small details.
When the hair is combed back, it exposes a large portion of the hairline, making a pointer especially useful. To keep the hair looking natural, you can create large sections of hair that overlap the guide line but at the same time try to follow its general shape.
Erase the hairline and the hair-covered ends once you’ve completed this step.
Step 4
Add some details
In the main contour drawing of the hair, start adding some larger inner waves/folds.
Step 5
Finish drawing lines
Complete the drawing by adding the smallest detail of the various folds and curves.
Step 6
Start applying Shading
Similar to the previous example, we will shade this hairstyle as if it were in a fairly general lighting condition without strong unidirectional light.
Start by applying fairly light strokes along the different folds of the hair. Again, the purpose of this step is to establish the overall direction of the pencil strokes as well as the position of the main highlights (bright areas), shadows, and medium tones (general gray areas).
Step 7
Enhance the ball
Start darkening and smoothing the shadows by applying another layer of strokes. Make this layer a little darker than the previous one. Again, the reason for applying gradual shading is to help avoid potential mistakes. You can see the same step of the previous example for a more detailed explanation of this.
Step 8
Finished hair drawing
Darken the shadows even more by applying more strokes. Once you’re almost done, you can redraw some small lines that stick out from the main shape of the hair to give the look of individual hairs. This will make the drawing look more realistic.
To make these short strokes, first press harder on the pencil and then quickly remove your hand from the paper.
Step 9
Drawing beard and glasses : You align so that it lies with the face and note the highlights and shadows of the detail.

Use a curved line to draw an irregular shape. This outlines the turret on top of the tank.

Turret detail. Use a curved line to outline a partially circular shape on one side and a rounded rectangle on top. Draw a vertical curved line to form the radio antenna and paint a small circle at the top.

Draw the barrel by extending a pair of parallel lines. Finally, draw a rectangle with rounded corners to form the muzzle.
Step 4
Draw the top of the tank. Draw a curved line below the turret, hooking down below the gun. Connect the turret to the top of the tank using a pair of short curves. Behind the turret draw a rectangle with rounded corners. Draw vertical lines on it.

Draw the side of the tank. Draw a curved line along the bottom of the top of the tank. Then use a long curved line to enclose the circular trapezoid of the wheel track.

Draw another inverted trapezoid that overlaps the skirt. Draw another curved line parallel to the wheel track.
Step 7
Draw the drive sprocket at the top end of the track using two small circles. Then draw the first wheel. Use curved lines to draw a circle within a partial circle.
Step 8
Draw two more road wheels. Each should be a circle inside a larger circle, filling the space between the top and bottom of the wheel track.
Step 9
Draw the final wheel and the rear sprocket, using two circles for each.
Step 10
Color your cartoon tank. Tanks are often camouflaged in green and brown.
